Yes with a new addition to this there are some rules @_@

1. you must at least be on my accepted application list in order to create one if not then sorry but it will be deleted
2. if you have a heart next to your name then i just might visit your thread to donate to you through there but most of the time i use the "MOTHER FORUM"
3. follow tos and all that good stuff
4. Please no gross things @_@ its nasty and gross *coughtcyberingcough*
