I would stay in the village because why would you want to join Akatsuki? In my view, they want to rule the world and all that crap.

ok well its not that the akatsuki isnt cool or anything i mean its freakin awesome!!! but they steel other peoples demons for there own perposses and to take over the world and crap but i dont think i'll join cause i want to remain loyal to my village and fight against akatsuki
