"Hey, Nadyne. I want to tell you a story."
"Is it about Love, or is it about Glory?"
"It's a tale about two dreaming lovers,"
"Snuggling near fire and cuddling under covers?"
"Hey, Nadyne. Just hear me out!"
"Alright, Nathyn. No need to shout."
"It's really important that you hear me clear."
"Does this call out for me to come so near?"
"Come on closer, I want you to hear every word."
"Don't worry, Nathyn, every word will be heard."
"Once upon a time, in a far away place...
There was a lady with an enchanting face...
Never had anyone known her name...
Nor had she ever come to claim...
A desire inside a man enlighted when he saw her...
Only about her he had started to wonder...
He asked about her and who she was,
'I don't know' was the only answer because,
No one knew about the magical lady,
It drove him mad, it drove him crazy,
How could a lady like her be unnoticed,
How could her name be left unspoken,
So he took off and called her a name of his own,
Silent as a droplet, soft as a breeze blown,
Everyday he approached her a step,
Wanted to see those eyes and what they held in their depths,"
"Nathyn, what was her name? Was it as glow?"
"Wait. Let me finish and you'll know.
her eyes were beautiful; bluish gray,
He knew those eyes had so much to say,
Days would pass, nights would be gone,
And the desiring man would wait until dawn,
'Glorious' he'd whisper the name he had given,
To the beautiful woman he believed was from heaven,
Slowly secrets begin to be revealed,
Wounds of this woman that were never healed,
Attracted to her he was even more,
Her broken words he wanted her to pour,"
"What happened, then? Tell me, please."
"Don't worry Nadyne. I'll set you at ease,
You see Nadyne, he was the only one who could understand,
The only one whom she allowed to hold her hand,
At the end of the night he and Glorious would stare,
Into eachother's eyes, what they see is care,
Ironic part, neither of them dared to speak,
The feelings they held for eachother so sweet,"
"Glorious and the man had fallen in love, hadn't they?
But continue, Nathyn. What happened in that day?"
"A sensual kiss, he gave so touching,
So soft and precious, so dearly loving,
Glorious gazed upon him with her beautiful eyes,
Then she looked up as they sparkled in the skies,
Once again he held her hand with affection,
Looked into her eyes and wanted to give his confession,"
"Did Glorious know about the feelings he had?
Maybe if she did, they would be glad,"
"You see, Nadyne. They were both oblivious to their hearts,
Not knowing one confession would keep them from beign apart,
He was touched by her smile, so exotic and alive,
He even believed with it only he would survive,"
"Wow, he must've really loved her deeply,"
"Yeah, he had. So much, unbelievingly,
You see, Nadyne. Nothing would've stopped him,
Believe me, not even death would've halted him,
He would've loved her more by the day,
With venomous words left to say,
He would hold her and caress her cheek when she'd cry,
With a deep touch she could swear she'd fly,
Glorious wanted the man in her world,
But whenever she spoke, her words got twirled,
For seconds, the man senses and wants to observe,
But she'd assure him with her lips in a smile they would be curved,"
"Why were they holding back what they feel?
Didn't they know they could make it real?"
"To be honest, they were both afraid,
Of pain that would be caused, sharp as a blade,
So they kept it all buried inside,
Mysterious emotions they chose to hide,
When they were together, the skies would be bright,
The stars would be shining at the very far night,
Flowers would have a beautiful scent,
In their eyes spoken words they both meant,"
"Maybe the man should've told her everything,
I don't know, a hint...just anything."
"If an emotional kiss isn't one of those,
Then tell me something that would be as close,"
"Actually, you're right. I don't know what to think,
Funny how I'm picturing it right before I blink,"
"Tell me, Nadyne. What do you view?
Go on with my tale. Tell me something new."
"Well, Glorious continues with all she could,
Even the man senses she would,
But as you said, none of them reveal,
What their sacred heart have to feel,
I can see their hearts rise at every beat,
Rise even higher when their eyes meet,"
"Glorious takes a stand, comes close to the man,
Sees this moment as her only chance,
If they were to make it all along,
Then this moment, she would have to be strong,"
"...but something happens and she cannot say what,
She needed to say, the pain hurt and cut,
Because Glorious only had strength at that time,
But when fate came in, she was never again fine,"
"...the man started to think what made Glorious change,
She close, but distant all the same,"
"Glorious felt like he was not for her,
Because the perfect moment was taken in a blur,"
"So like that, the words upsoken are what hurt,
Nothing either could say or even blurt,"
"So, Nathyn. What happened after?"
"Everything was broken. Her smile, her laughter,
He wanted to tell her, but knew it'd hurt more,
He knew everything would drop to the floor,
They both remained close, treasured their times plenty,
Let the words and feelings be played by fate and destiny..."
"Wow...Nathyn. That story seems familiar."
"Of course, Nadyne. You shared it with me, don't you see it similar?"
"To be truthful, in a way, yes I do,
But there's something else I don't comprehend too,"
"What is there, Nadyne that you do not see?
Need I to explain...Glorious and the man, are you and me...?
