Now you can use any noodles you like.I usually use the shells but if you are into whole wheat noodles there is a big selection in the noodle aisle so either one.Anyway:
1 whole cubed portion of fat free cream cheese
grate about 1/2 a small onion
boil and drain the noodles
1 can of campell's cream of mushroom soup (just a regular can is low in fat but you can also buy the reduced fat can)
1 can of drained tuna in water
MIX ingredients and put them in a casserole dish.
Springle a little bread crumbs if you want on top, just gives a crispy texture on top.
put the dish in the oven at about 350degrees and leave until the top looks slightly toasty.
P.S.~You can never worry about taking the dish out of the oven too soon because everything is already cooked.Its just a way to heat all the stuff up and the heat mixes the flavors well and makes the top all toasty.
