The Sakyuu Temple is a piece of archertecteral magnificence. Looking like the traditional Japanese style, the temple stands about four stories tall. Inside is a huge gong, that is rung every time a great ninja dies. Four times if it is a kage of the village or not. Hanging from the ceiling inside are long fabrics of a deep red. Along the walls are folded prayers of the villagers, most of the prayers are marked with the kanji of the city. The prayers of the families of ninja who are away.
Outside the temple is a giant black stone with names etched in it. This is the stone of Eiketsu. The black onyx gives a solemn yet prideful feel. The names etched on the stone are of fallen ninja. Some died in battle others in their bed. There are always flowers on the bottom of the stone, from families and others. To put a single flower on the site is said to give good luck when you leave the city. Although, this rumor has yet to be proven.

Anton races toward the temple, muttering quietly to himself about what his parents are going to say, since he's late again.
"Hey, Grandma. Ready to go home, or are we staying a bit longer?" asked Anton as he skidded to a stop at the top of the temple stairs.
"Ahh, Anton, you're back from your mission. I was just going to place some more flowers here for your safe return, but it seems as if the gods have answered my prayers earlier than thought."
His grandmother smiled, she was a small and fragile old woman, though she still had the spirit of the ninja she had once been. Anton had always looked up to her, especially after his sister had died and she was the only one in the family who had come to the temple with him to pray to her. They were close and she could understand him without ever having to say a word. She was a comforting presence to him.

"Anton can take care of himself, he's a big boy. And besides that I was with him. It seems the family would hate for their precious boy to get hurt. How...quaint."
She had her hands in her kimono gown refusing to take them out or even look at her family members.
"We should get going for dinner, Tenma will be joining the family. I would hate for us to be late..."
She dropped a single lily down by the stone and ran hr finger along one name.
"Lets go."
She said more firmly. [/align.]

Anton paused, looking at his cousin with a strained expression. She had taken things so seriously and emotionless for some time now. It made her a good leader in some ways, but he knew she was laking, considering it felt like a morgue when she was in the room lately. He shivered, but nodded, giving his grandmother his arm as he she gathered up her long robes.
"Ahh...Tenma-kun is such a dear, always so polite. Sometimes I wonder about him though, he can be so idle-brained at times, forgetting all sorts of things."
His grandmother gave a small laugh, but collapsed into a fit of coughing moments later.
"We had better get you home quickly, Grandma. Wouldn't want you to catch a cold."

Mizuki nodded walkeing behind the group to the Shimato Clan Prvidence. She looked back at the wall and hung her head hopelessly. This was going to be more complicated than expected.

Keiko was running to the temple now.
I need to tell Anton I'm back now,for good this time.
Keiko stopped short of the temple as she watched him already leaving with his Grandma and some other person who she thought to be Mizuki.
I shouldn't interupt him now.
She let out a disappointed sigh and letting her shoulders sag.
I'll just have to talk to him tommorrow.
Keiko sat down on the grass out of tiredness from running and disappointment.She put her face in her hands and wished there was someone here to talk to her.She had been so depressed lately.

"Anton, your stalker is here...tell her you can't play right now, your busy."
She looked at the girl and shook her head.
"And no, she can't come to dinner."

Keiko finaly stood up,wiped off her skirt gently and started to walk in the direction opposite of Anton.
Who was I kidding,he'll never like someone like me. She let out a sigh,a single tear forming in her right eye.
After all these years of being 'just friends',I thoguht he might like me.He never has though,never given any hint as to he likes me.I always have though.
Keiko turned to look at Anton as he walked so perfectly.
He's a dream I'll have to let go of.
With that thought in her head Keiko walked quietly farther up to the temple and sat on one of the benches they had there.

Anton turned to see Keiko sitting down near the temple, looking rather depressed. He blushed a bit from embarrassment, she really did stalk him a lot.
"Don't be so cruel Mizuki-san, should she hear you she would be heartbroken. I know she can't come to dinner, mother and father would freak, they don't want me to be around any girls. Hina was the only exception, since she's only a friend. They want to find me a good arranged marriage, and Keiko is not what they're looking for."
Anton sounded a little bitter as he turned away and began walking toward the clan's district. It wasn't that he liked Keiko, no, he really wished she'd leave him alone sometimes, but the fact that his parents were the ones making important life decisions for him. It upset him considerably, but he could do nothing about it.

As Keiko sat staring at Anton,she suddenly noticed him turn to glimpse at her.
Man he saw me looking at him!
She quickly looked in an opposite direction,she could feel her face burning red.
After holding her breathe for almost a minute she let out a long sigh.
I'll just stay here a little longer,I need to be alone for awhile.

After sitting for what seemed like hours keiko finaly stood lazily up.
I havent eaten since this morning,I'm starving.
thought Keiko as she started walking away from the temple.
Do I really stalk Anton?
she thought heading to get ramen.

Homura and Puchihime, his little sister, came strolling up the long approach to the temple all the while Homura reminding her to behave herself for this was a place of respect and since it was her first time there she should be extra careful of how she should act.
Puchihime smile since she didn't talk much yet. She nodded, and gripped his hand tighter.
Homura wasn't sure how long it had been since his father had taken him to the shrine but, he remembered how to pray and give thanks and that's all they wanted him to show to Puchi.
