Personality: Ian is a calm, yet passionate person. He is well informed for someone of his age and occupation, but he wants to spread the information to those who need it or can use it for the greater good.
Bio: Ian is a History Professor at one of the colleges in Æsur. He was out, spending a few days on his small boat, at sea while the attack took place. When he returned he found everything in ruins. He sneaked back onto his college campus where he ran into a small group of injured people both students and soldiers. He found and put to use an antique AM transmitter. Where he now pleas for more people to join the fight.
Appearence: Ian may look like an odd ball, but is very intelligent. He took out a hand-me-down "space suit" which his father used. [x]

Character Name: MstSgt. Jannis Ozymandias
Age: 32
Specialty: CQC (Close Quarters Combat)
Weapon: Standard Issued M112 with single round Shotgun attachment (as shown in picture). Carries 3 fragmentation grenades.
Personality: Jan has two distinct personalities and can interchange them rather easily. On one hand he is calm and easy going with a hardy laugh, a "gentle giant". But when he is put into action, or a situation which requires action, he is a brute. A nasty soldier. He has a pretty good shot, though he couldn't be a marksman, but is a beast in close quarters. He prefers the shotgun attachment to the grenade launcher.
Bio: Jan was stationed on the trenches. During the attack he was one of the last people to abandon his position. He fall back slowly, providing cover fire for the other men. He was specifically plucked out by Royal General Patton who assigned him special objectives, mainly working to form a suitable militia.

Specialty: Civil Servant
Weapon: Old 9mm pistol
Personality: Walter is a very passionate young man who is currently working for the Æsurian government- or whatever's left of it. Now he's somewhat bitter and seeking revenge.
Bio: Walter grew up in a typical family, but he had to cope early with his major problem- blackouts due to stress. Even though he's lead a quiet life so far, thanks to his spinelessness and his parents bullying him to do nothing but stupid paperwork, he's had enough from this life and dreams of adventure. His revenge is more of an excuse to go out there and do something important. Unfortunately, in times of high stress, his body betrays him and he blacks out, recovering in a few minutes later.
Appearence: Walter's close-cut hair and shaven face are typical for Æsurian civilians, but currently he's stopped shaving often and became rather shaggy. He's ditched his suit for a simple pair of jeans and a red sweater, and often carries the gun underneath.

Bio: Currently part of a scout unit that patrols the wasteland.
Appearence: Mitsuke looks older than his years. With multiple streaks of white hair throughout and skin scarred from years of combat, he definetaly looks like a veteran of 50 winters. His skin is tanned from the long exposure to the sun during his missions in the wasteland. He is not a tall man, standing at 5'7", and his build is lean. But don't let that fool you, he is trained to kill within a blink of an eye.

Age: 23 years old
Specialty: Mechanic
Weapon: her handy tool kit
Personality: Kara is practical and dutiful. She likes to immerse herself in any things, but focuses most of her attention on automobiles, electronics, and weapons. She likes to know how things are made and why they are made. Ever curious, she is logical and won't accept half-hearted answers. She does not deal well in stressful situations and does not have a good understanding of her own emotions - she will often ignore them by delving into a project. She is polite, considerate, and patient. When she is flustered or upset she tends to speak less.
Bio: Kara had been tending to a broken car in the garage she worked at when her employer had desperately dragged her away and dumped her into one of the older, but incredibly sturdy storehouses. After hearing several loud and disturbing noises, Kara cracked open the door slightly to see that the outside had been almost completely demolished and that there was no one to be seen.

Weapon: Flamethrower with a Three-Canister Backpack, Uzi Machine Pistol, C4 Charges (4), Smoke Grenade (3)
Personality: While calm and collected out of combat, her years of relative safety had made her more fearful of the battlefield and its implications. She is scared and nervous on the battlefield, but her pervious military experience prevents her from running away from her, though she tends to talk to herself to try to maintain a sense of sanity.
Bio: Izanami enlisted in the military at an earlier age as a demolitions expert. Her experience and expertise in the field landed her a job as a researcher at Vanir. Her job from then was to conduct tests and offer advise to the scientists working on new weapons and explosives. After some years, she eventually became part of the research team and helped to create modifications to some weapons. Izanami was experimenting with a new flamethrower, designed to keep the container cool even when shooting, before the alarm sounded.
