Poem 1 Happy Fathers Day
Happy Father's Day I hope you don't go away,
on a day such as this that I don't want to miss,
I love you so much even to the touch
for a very special father who loves me very much.

Poem 2
Death
Death is a black hole that sucks all life and happiness.
It takes away our loved ones and our friends, and yet it can be a
good thing as well. It stops the pain they feel in mind and body so
they wont suffer. people die in car accidents and other violent
ways but some more peaceful like in there sleep. Love your family and live your life to its fullest potential.

I yawned as I got out of bed to look out my bedroom window . There were duties to attend to today, the day of the festival. I padded over to my wooden chest and picked out a nice dress with my hold's colors blue and white, while twirling a strand of brown hair between my fingers. I looked at the strand of hair I had been twirling, it was all split ends and in a real need of a wash. So I decided to take my dress and go to the baths.

On my way to the baths I tried to remember my duties that were given to me the day before so no one would have to waste time telling us at the last minute. When I got to the baths I took off my nightgown and accidentally slipped into the hot water. I scrubbed my body all over and washed my hair with some kind of nice smelling stuff, I think it was a kind of flower, by the time I was done I heard footsteps coming towards me, I thought it was probably just one of the helpers waking others up but I was wrong.

When the footsteps stopped I turned around to find that it was the prince. The prince was just made king by the death of his father, and everyone was still mourning for our loss. "My lord" I said as I stood up and bowed. Realizing my mistake I quickly went back into the water to cover up, it was rather warm compared to the freezing air.

I blushed when I saw the look on his face, he had that embarrassed face.
I wondered what he was thinking. he scared me by suddenly saying "You might want to finish up because we need more help in getting ready.
"But my lord I have no towel to dry myself" I blatantly stated. The Prince blushed "I will go and get a towel for you" he mumbled as he left.

The prince came back shortly with a towel and a new nightgown. He saw me staring at the nightgown and told me that since my nightgown was dirty that I should use this one. "Um my Lord...." the prince interrupted me by saying "Please call me Garion." I nodded my head to tell him I understood. With that he left. I sighed and wondered if Garion got tired of being called "my lord"

I quickly dried myself off with the towel and put on the dress I set near the bath. I examined the nightgown Garion gave me; it was beautiful, a blue shade with gold lining, looking more like a dress than a thing to sleep in. I took my things upstairs to my room and set them on the chest. I sighed and prepared myself for a long day of work.

I went down the stone steps and into the kitchen and called out, "I am here and ready to help!" Everyone looked at me and sighed in relief that I was here. I am the person that does everything from cooking to anything people give me. I asked one of the drudges what food was going to be at the gather. "Lady Ithilethiel I have no idea what they want." she stated. I was surprised at being called that name and quickly asked her why she called me that.

She gasped the color draining from her face as she covered her mouth. Thats strange I thought as I put on the apron that one of the other drudges handed me and went to work. I rinsed the vegetables and chopped them up into a wooden bowl that was placed in front of me. Then suddenly one of the Queen's ladies in waiting raced up to me and said,"Why are you here, hurry we must get you properly dressed." She grabbed my hand and pulled me along with her.

She never let go of my hand as we ran, I asked her many times where we were going, but it seemed that she was too focused on getting me there and didn't reply. We stopped, not loosening her grip on me, she opened the door. She beckoned me to follow her into the room, I did as I was told as she closed the door behind me.
