I'm confused, does he/she hate Neji? If that is so then why would he/she join a NejiGaara guild? xp -confused-Aros of the Flames NEJI WOULD DIE FIGHTING GAARA!!!!!!!! 
A comma would really do wonders for this sentence but anyway... I still get the vibes that he/she is not fond of Neji, and again, why would he/she join a NejiGaara guild? neutral

I think you should decline. I mean, if (s)he doesn't like Neji, then (s)he can't really like the pairing that is the entire concept behind this guild. Sounds like this person just wants somewhere to spam for gold.

Yes, it seems that this person doesn't like Neji. . . and they think that Neji would die if he was fighting against Gaara.
