[Numeral Identification] LIV - May Change

[Base Color] Navy blue
[Markings] Devoid of markings on his main body, instead, he has markings only on his face. White fur covers his face from the edges of his jaw to cover his ears, the top edge disappearing under his mane. The fur under his chin to his throat continues to be navy blue. Over his left eye is an odd, clown-like circle of black fur that trails a thin line of black fur behind his ear, and another short line from the inside corner of his eye pointing towards his nose. On his forehead is a spiral of blood red fur that ends with an abrupt ninety degree turn that continues on to his pink nose. His mouth is rimmed in black like a lions, ending in a point that makes his mouth look longer than it really is.
[Mane] Bright orange. He has fairly long main that ends in between his shoulders and hangs a bit longer. He has relatively short bangs on his left side, but the bangs on his right side are very long. Before he is handed over to a handler, that patch hangs loose. Afterwards, it's bound into a ponytail like fashion, with an odd, marble shaped thing.
[General Build] Very thin, and very lanky. LIV seems to be on the edge of starvation, but he is actually quite healthy. Thanks to his thinness, his naturally long limbs seem even longer, making him look very awkward when he does anything.

[Personality] To put it simply, LIV is insane. No one really knows what caused this insanity, only that it exists. Instead of being dangerous, though, LIV displays a disturbingly childlike mentality, although he has his moments of brilliant insight from time to time. Thanks to this simplicity, he views the world in black and white. While he's willing to do whatever is asked of him, and believe everyone is a good friend of his, he is possessed of a terrible rage whenever he discovers that he has been betrayed, or otherwise lied to by those he trusts. In addition, LIV seems to find a certain delight in the causing of pain and fear. He limits this joy to those he feels need the pain to 'cleanse them of the badness inside,' however, so those he likes have nothing to fear. Nothing, that is, until they trip over the undiscernable line of his temper. When hurt to the point of bleeding, LIV's mood pales to an eerie cheerfullness. He will do anything within his power to terrify and torment the one to wound him from that point on. Just as he doesn't know the meaning of 'grey' in his black and white world, he also doesn't know the meaning of forgiveness, which bodes ill for those who cross him.
Otherwise, LIV acts like any small child would, and takes an extreme interest in the way things work and why they do what they do. He'll try anything once, and has an extreme fondness of sweets. Regarding planning.... LIV doesn't. Ever. Every day is lived as is, and he doesn't plan for the future. This being the case, everything he does is sporadic. Also, he likes to put things in his mouth.
