Does anyone know of have seen any good swimming related movies?
I saw Swimming Upstream and it was a good movie.

Well, I did see a movie.... it wasn't about swimteam really, but it's sort of an important part. I think it was called The Princess and the Barrio Boy.

Never seen a movie...we had to read Chris Crutcher's Staying Fat for Sarah Byrnes in school, and that had a lot of swimming in it. Everyone thought those parts were boring though...except me...even the teacher. sweatdrop

I can only think of a couple that I've heard about (well I may have seen half of one of them). The Fast and the Furious, a documentary about Canadian swimming legends Victor Davis and Alex Baumann. And, Heart: The Marilyn Bell Story, a made for tv movie about the first person to swim across lake Ontario.

i've seen like the last 5 minutes of swimming upstream...so im waiting for it to be on TV again so i can watch the whole thing. also there is a new movie called Pride about an african american swim team or something and it looks pretty good!

I think it was called Mermaid or something, it had some swimming in it.
But besides that Pride movie that came out and Swimfan I can think of nothing.
