or a own sub for contests ?

The subforum for contest is a good idea.
I think.

Also, about the other language... is a good idea for me xD But I think it's not the best. Not everyone wants to learn new languages.

I really don't know.

We don't have so many active members so it's gonna be a tough decision xD
