1. The Gaian Name Must Be Your UserName
2. No Problem to the Name as Long as it is not like a Username
3. Make the character 20-30 if the character is a scientist, 20 or younger if a diclonius or the diclonius's friend.
4. As part of the story to the Elfen Lied Episodes, You must be a female to be a full-fledged Diclonius- Humans may extract the person's blood and become half-breed.
5. You must have job unless if you are a hobo as a human. A diclonius does not need a job.
6. You must have 5 or more very well-detailed sentences. C'mon. It's not that hard.

THE DICLONIUS ARE SPREADING!!
There has always been a Diclonius Race, in which no one knew of- The Queen to them all was known as Lucy- or Nyuu, to a few unknowing humans. Soon enough, the scientists knew how the 'disease' was spreading. It spread through the contact of the vector to the human. When the human would reproduce, the child would be a Diclonius.
--- But there was a catch- The Diclonius race only targeted humans- Animals would not be harmed. And By this, there was something different.
At age Three, the Diclonius would recieve their vectors- that's when.. it happened. When each Diclonius earned it, the first people they would kill was their own flesh and blood- their parents.
So we don't get confused, I will make it prohibited for each family(with a daughter diclonius)to have more than one child. (Sometimes the mother dies while giving birth, ect.)
With special permission from me, I will allow twin Dicloniuses. On rare occasion, I will allow a boy twin.

Makoto was born on Lucy/Nyuu's birthday, 4 years after her. At the age of two, Makoto was tested, on being a diclonius, because of her parent's sudden death, and her cat-ear-like horns. When the results turned out negative, with no use of a vector to keep from being it with the ball-shaped bullets, she was let out of confinement, and allowed to join the scientist's work. She agreed, and if she would someday be able to use vectors, she would not use them for any harm to anyone. She was found able to use over 17 when she turned 8.
At age 13, Makoto was found able to use 24, and at age 15, she could use over 35 vectors at once.
Pic/Well-Detailed Description: Makoto has light pink hair, a near absolute white, and has redish-pink eyes(like Lucy's). Her hair is down to her knees, and she is naturally clothed in a high-school uniform, proven to be very intellegent and skipped 2 grades (now in her last year)

Pic/Well-Detailed Description: Inu looks like my avi except without the white clothes. instead he has black shorts, no shirt, a bunch of tattoe's {not for show} and wolf like ears and a tail. he has blueish eye's until angered which then turn green. he is overall a large muscular character standing at a mighty seven feet. although he has large muscles he does not often flaunt them, unless he feels the need to intimidate someone. he wields the Diamond Claymore is one hand as if it were just a small sword. he tends to stay and defend a town which hails him as a hero but has left to find a way to help the town even more. his sword cannot break and will break through any metal or other object. his speed with his sword allows him to draw it back as a defensive mechanism.
