Lesee . . . in general:
Ino - No. That is all.
Sakura - Still no.
Temari - Hn. Maybe. As long as she doesn't know he's from the Akatsuki like Sasori or Deidara. Then she'll hate him.
Tsunade - He's 17/20. She's 50/? I'm not saying anything else.
Shizune - As far as I can tell, she has no real character depth (poor Shizune) It'll be like trying to pair Tenten. But maybe, as long as Itachi doesn't gamble.

I don't think Itachi would be going on a date with any of them. He's like too much of the lonely type.

He did gave Kurenai that flirtatious smile during that episode when he was introduced. It makes me wonder if he was ever involved with her....well, at least I know he's straight, xD.
