It was an average day. So average, in fact, the Lena was quite bored and wishing, praying that something would happen to break the monotony. She cut through the woods to the school. In the mornings, Lena waited by the double doors so that she could get to class on time(maybe). She dint really know anybody here, save for a few nice people. But Lena had a feeling that she was simply there. NO one knew her, no one really cared to find out. The day went on, Lena learned things, and went from class to class. And then--BAM!!! Lena was knocked to the ground, her backpack cruching into her, and a heavy weight on top. The weight went away, and helped Lena up. Lena saw the the weight was a girl, slightly older than her. She was pale, with frizzy red-dark hair. The girl was laughing.
What's wrong with this girl?? Lena wondered. "A-Are you alright?" She asked timidly.
"Yeah, yes, I just never expected you to go down like that. I should be the one asking you if you are alright. So?? Are you??"
"Yes, I am. But, I have to..uh..."
"My name's Triv--Trivinia, really, but most people call me Triv."
"Okay...My name is Lena."
"Okay. Lunch?"
"yes."
"Then let's--"
"Go get some?"
"Yes."
"Okay."
"Okay."
And they headed off to the luch room. That was the first day. Lena had one friend. Her first, in her new home. It made her real lonley for her old place.

Even the crap they severed for lunch that day seemed better with someone to share it with. Triv had noticed Lena a few days earlier, but had been too timid to approach the new girl and make friends. What had happened that day was what was commonly referred to as a 'glomp'. Lena would get used to them, as this is how Trivinia usually greeted good friends. It was such a shame that the younger girl was so much smaller though...

yeah...she was about 4ft 91/2(she was picky about that last half). Lena had sun-streaked brown hair, chocolate brown eyes, tan skin, and a love of purple. She also wore purple glasses. which was obvious cause she almost never wore anything other than a purple shirt, a pair of 3yr old faded, ripped, baggy jeans, and a pair of forest green converses with bright blue and gold dragons on the sides. She had put brilliant blue sholaces on them with different colored butterflys on them. They were her favorite shoes, favorite jeans, and glasses. She was comfortable. She was happy.

"So, where're you from?" Triv asked over the melancholy glop that their cafeteria had tried to pass of as spaghetti. She typically didn't eat school food, usually opting out for a more identifiable bag of chips and a bottle of cranberry juice, but she made an exception, at least for today, for Lena.
Triv stood near 5' 4", with frizzed out red hair, the result of a mother obsessed with fashion and all things of the like. It was a curse... Her skin was fair and freckled with the faint appearance of scars here and there. Her eyes were a tantalizing combination of gold and green, one of the few things she was proud of on her body. She was never seen in clothing that went above her ankles, a result of constant teasing and tormenting in elementay and junior high. She was covered in scars, from head to toe, but it didn't seem to bother her outlandish personality and perky moments.

CRASH! The cafeteria froze in place all looking at the only source of noise, two young men fighting one hanging out a window and the other one, who was in a dark jacket, yelling at the helpless boy. Just then a Teacher came and dragged the two frenzieing students out scowling them all the way of the cafeteria. The cafeteria slowly aroused in a more enthusiastic chatter.

"I think that's because they're souless zombies..." Triv glanced around at the people around her. To her, their faces were obscured. She didn't have bad vision. In fact, it was better than perfect. It was hard to explain, and she didn't mention it to Lena. No one knew, and she wasn't going to tell her anytime soon.

Lena felt ....strange....It was as if the air were rippling....but nothing had chnged. not that she could see...but she felt it all the same...

Meh...I'm what...5'7" I SHRUNK!!!! NUUU!!! ~was 5'8" some time ago~ I'm dark brown, short haired, brown green hazel eyed, and I love the color black. Why? Cus I'm just an emo kid like that, Wish my hair was longer now. Oh well! Right now, I'd be dressed in black pants...a blue gundam shirt...and now without my glasses...xD I'm half blind. Laugh at me! And I'm kinda ocnfused as well ^^;;; Pleased to meet you all

Shaking her head, she turned back to Lena, a smile back on her face. "So, whatcha reading?" she asked, nodding to the book next to Lena's tray.

The new guy sits across from Lena and Triv. They look at each other, then shrug.
"I'm reading The Alchemyst by..some author, I forget who...I read alot so it's hard to keep track all the time..."

Trivinia scooted away from the sleeper, only a few inches. Her own randomness was okay, but other people's bothered her. "Sounds interesting. You must read alot."

Lean burst ou tlaughing. There was nothing she could do but laugh at Triv's sentence.
When she calmed down, she explained: "Yes, I read alot. Enough that I've got two bookcases, each are quadriple stacked, adn still more are in my drawers, closet, on the floor, in my bed, wherever they end up. And I know what each one is."
