360 pressure flips
Tricks to learn first:
kickflip or heelflip or some fliptrick that you learn where the board flips and you land on it. This is so you have the general idea of landing a trick.
360 shuvs
POP shuv-it
360 flip. It spins EXACTLY the same except it flips like a heelflip so therefore the landing is very much the same.
pressure flips (not neccesary I learned 360 ones before regulars but regulars made them more consistent so yeah)
or you could just start out with this trick first and ignore the stuff above as long as you get the idea of how to "spin" a pressure flip. Furthermore just don't tell yourself you can't do things without trying so if you can't do this yet learn other pressure tricks cause they're fun biggrin
Step 1)
BACK FOOT:
Place your foot like you would for a 360 shuv then make it almost completely paralell to your board with half of your foot hanging off the edge (IMPORTANT: Foot placement is 1/3 of the trick so expiriment with different foot placement if mine doesn't work for you for the first 2 days or so)
FRONT FOOT:
Place your front foot in the middle of the board, not lower than the middle though that'll screw up the trick and it looks bad, with you toe pointed at a 45 degree angle with the big toe "ball thing" on the board so that it makes it automatically get out of the way.
STEP 2)
CROUCH: DO NOT make you hands touch the ground when crouching you WILL pop it and it will BREAK YOUR ARM scream !!!!! As a general rule of thumb your hands shouldn't be closer than a foot from the ground. ok? ok. just trust me it makes the trick worse and you don't get more pop from doing so xp .
Ok so when you crouch you should put yourself in a mindset where you are going to shove your back foot backwards enough for a 360 and you want to put that "physical matter" of the skateboard under and looping around the skateboard.
Step 3)
This step is about 1/2 of the tricks "succesfulness". Initiate everything that you were preparing for in one powerful blast of mostly-down-but-backwardsish-pop-to get-the-flip-with-the-back-foot-motion and make your front foot simply metaphorically "dissapear" or just do what I do, retract it backwards-ish and out-ish but mostly up-ish rolleyes .
Step 4)
Wait for the board to completely flip ok? BUT WHAT MOST PEOPLE HAVE TROUBLE DOING IS understanding that you feet WILL be doing something they will be retracting to their origional position and going up so that when you come down your feet will be, preferably, over the bolts when you land.
Step 5)
Land and don't have the board slip out from under you, thats just mostly balance and experience though so thats something you have to get on your own wink .

Most of your troubles can be solved with experimenting and practice so. . . . yeah. If all else fails pm me or put a comment with what is going wrong and I shall do my best to help you on your way to learning these.
btw you probably will have to practice these a ton before you land them. I learned these just by expirenting with foot placements and flicking/popping directions. . . .. .try it sometime, you'll learn some stuf and also it's real fun.
Comments are welcomed. mrgreen
