Which year do you like the best?

I like the originals the most. One reason was because Cringer talked, and I guess everything about it.

I have to agree that the 1983-85 series of He-Man was terrific. So much like the toys and all. The situations were great, but the only thing that really ever disappointed me was the Prince Adam bit. When the toys came out, there was just He-Man, and you pit him against Skeletor and Beast-man and all. There was no wishing or invoking a power to defeat these enemies, He-Man was just up to the task, and that was that. But despite that, it was great.

I also liked the 2002 series of He-Man. I've come to be somewhat of an anime fan, and seeing all those anime elements in that series, and the higher detail in the characters as well as origins of characters, that made it terrific as well.

You mean Cringer can't talk in the new He-Man? Seriously?

No he does not talk at all in the 2002 episodes, it is a great version, but that was the only disappointment.

@JWestphalia: Yes the 2002 series was terrific. I really liked how they did origins, details on the characters. But like I said they took out the most great thing was cringer not talking.. I guess I loved the comic relief on the originals and the new ones did not have that.. Did not stop me from enjoying and liking the series though. <3

Yeah, in the 2002 series they kinda lumped all the comic relief on Orko, who for some reason kinda reminded me of Urkel. But at least Cringer was the same cowardly cat albeit a silent one.

Yeah they did, didn't they JWestphalia. I don't think there was so many comic relief parts was there? I can't remember at the moment... I need to watch all these shows again. Lol. Haha Urkel, that is funny. Ya know even looked a little bit like him.. j/k.

I forgot about Orko.. (thinking to myself: How could I forget him.. *hits head* Man I feel silly and I am supposed to be a fan.. Lol)

The Evil Warriors didn't seem to have much comic relief, apart from Skeletor berating Beastman, Whiplash and Clawful for being lummoxes, in the 2002 version.

Maybe the reason for the lack of comic relief had to do with Cartoon Network playing toward the older audience members who grew up with the old cartoon and wanted more action....or something?

Yeah that is what I was meaning to say, that there was not much of a comic relief going on in the 2002, but at least it was a good show right?

Sorry for all the late reply on all the topics, been a little busy and occupied for the past few days. But please feel free to keep posting and I or Thundercattygra will reply as soon as we can.

I have more to say.. just got to go cook dinner. <3
