There are many places that can train someone to dive, or where you can dive at. Most dive shops (which can usually be found anywhere near diveable spots, like towns and cities along the ocean or near alot of freshwater springs) have scuba training and certification available, but personally I like Lloyd Bailey's Scuba, Inc in Gainesville, FL. Lloyd Bailey is the instructor there, and he also has the lowest prices in all of central northern florida(probably most of florida actually). He has trained over 5,000 divers in all of teaching as a scuba instructor.
