First off, only Leena-chan and Sleepy Smurf may post here with the exception of the Sarnin staff (myself, Jessie-kat, and Corgan_ala_Sarnin). It's not suggested that, if you're not one of them, that you post -- your post'll just get deleted later, anyway. biggrin
This is for Leena and Sleepy's use for the mission, Move over, Nessie!Mission Prompt Weather: Sunny; no chance of rain. Time: A little after noon. Desc: It's your typical, lazy sunny day... that is, until you decide to look outside at the waterfall. I mean, look at it! It's flowing the wrong way -- it's flowing up! Now, the thing is, you KNOW that Maru hid all the explosives somewhere else and away from the Kat. And that said storekeepers have been working on something in the back... Corgan, on the otherhand, checked it out and gave the task to Engel and Falian. The task? Simple. Apparently, some mermaids have moved into the lake at the bottom of the waterfall, and some Sirens just came in and they're now duking it out, Battle Royalle style in who gets the lake. Thing is... that's a Very Special Lake that Sarnins enjoy swimming in, and occasionally the Odd and Interesting Thing turns up there, too, along with (more importantly) water nymphs bringing free chocolate! Objective: Kick those things out of the lake, and find a way to fix the waterfall! After dealing with the mermaids, the Sarnins may be too tired to fix the watercourse... Perhaps, it may be wise to look around and find the water nymphs that sometimes visit, or some woodland spirits and see if they know how to fix it.

*Falian had been lazily strolling around with Engel in his sights. Of course, he didn't know her all too well. But with such a wonderfully warm day how could either of them avoid going outdoors towards what sounded like a lovely running water scene. He slowly approached her and smiled to her* Hey. I'm Falian. Care to walk with me?

Leena-chan *Falian had been lazily strolling around with Engel in his sights. Of course, he didn't know her all too well. But with such a wonderfully warm day how could either of them avoid going outdoors towards what sounded like a lovely running water scene. He slowly approached her and smiled to her* Hey. I'm Falian. Care to walk with me?

*His white muzzle offered a smile as he moved beside her* Nice to meet you Enge. Lovely day isn't it? *But of course, the closer they got to the waterfalls, the more he felt as though something were amiss. It could just be from paranoia over how warm and peaceful the scenery was. But.. there was still doubt* Do you feel something's.. off? *The waterfall had barely started to come into view but his eyes were fixed on the sarnin beside him*

*As the waterfalls came into view, the red rainbowed male stopped dead in his tracks as his eyes widened* WHAT THE?! Enge! Have you EVER seen ANYTHING like that?! *Above the waterfall was not falling down to the earth but was moving in total reverse!*

Leena-chan *As the waterfalls came into view, the red rainbowed male stopped dead in his tracks as his eyes widened* WHAT THE?! Enge! Have you EVER seen ANYTHING like that?! *Above the waterfall was not falling down to the earth but was moving in total reverse!*

*Falian ran after the female. He seemed taken off guard which was unusual for this sarnin. He came to thewater's edge* I wonder.. what could possibly *his paw lifted and went to tap on the water's surface* be causing something like this to ha- *SPLASH! His face was drenched*
::Afew feet away from where Falian's paw tapped the water was swimming a mermaid as she glared at him:: "HEY! YOU! Get your FILTHY paw away from OUR water!"

*Mermaid 1* "These things won't leave! And then they had the NERVE to splash me!"

::Two of the four were thrown back by the waves, and crashed against some of the boulders that stuck out of the water. The two left growled and one charged forward at Engel. The other was summoning up another wave::
*Falian closed his eyes and focused just as his mother had taught him. The water that the one was trying to summon started to shake. He ment to send it over the mermaid but instead, it froze all around her body. When he openned his eyes, he gasped at the mistake he had made*

::The mermaids cried out as they were stopped in their tracks. Their fishy lower halfs wiggled around in aggervaited force. One of the ones who were spared because they were knocked away swam down beneath the surface. It reappeared with a rock in her hand, smashing at the ice around one of the mermaids::
*Falian stuttered slightly* B-but I.. d-dont know how.. I-I did it! *He sighed as his eyes closed again. He tried to do as he did last time. To move the water that Engel had summoned. But instead of it freezing again, the water itself seemed to slowly grow itself roses across its surface*
