At first, I used to ship this pairing. Not so much anymore.
But at times, I do love them as a pairing : D

I never liked this pairing. Something about Kaname really bugs me, and I don't like him. At all. He strikes me as a rather selfish and deceitful person... But it could just be my weird mind twisting things around. xD
I feel that Yuuki does have feelings for Kaname, but it's a sort of puppy love, a love developed when she was a child. I don't think it can go much further.
And whenever you see Yuuki confronted with Kaname's vampire-ness, she seems terrified. But she accepts Zero fully without hesitation...

I keep flipping back and forth between these two couples....I know Yuki is probably going to end up with Zero, but I've still got a soft place in my heart for this....maybe if Zero doesn't survive to the end, she could be with Kaname? Not that I'm wishing for Zero to die...oh, I don't know.

although i support yukixzero too, i still love this pairing!!
i think kaname truly cares for yuki, and he saved her life when she was younger. they were so cute together when they were kids whee
spoiler alert: in one chapter, it showed him planning for yuki to walk in on him drinking another vampire's blood because they were getting too close. this drastically changed their relationship, and they didn't visit each other as often anymore.
