I'm thinking about making a new red/black goblin deck using Goblins from the new set.
I think I'm going to go the "voodoo" route from the seemingly Jamaican goblins from this set by throwing in two stuffy dolls, lava axes and Tendrils of Corruption.
Any flood suggestions for goblins? New or old, throw me some ideas! I just bought the Lorwyn pre-fab Goblin deck to get myself started.

In standard:
Knucklebone Witch is great.
Mogg Fanatic is another good option. Check out Brian David-Marshal's article "Standard Bearers" (You can find it at www.wizards.com/magic/welcome.asp) for a powerful deck that uses Mogg Fanatic, Warren Pilferers and Deathrender among other things.
Greater Gargadon is also fun and can be effective when combined with Wort, Boggar Auntie. Your Festering Goblins go a little further with them, you can recycle harbingers to find what you need, and if you actually resolve the gargadon, they'll need to chump or answer to it.
Seige-Gang Commander and Mogg War Marshal are others to consider.
Profane Command, Nameless Inversion, and Sudden Death are all great. The Ever-popular Shriekmaw and his buddy Terror are good, but you might want to have some removal on the board, or other ways to deal with those pesky big-assed black and artifact creatures *cough* Tombstalker, Phyrexian Ironfoot *cough* Eyeblight's ending might not be a bad choice for filling Terror's gap.
Pyroclasm may not be a bad idea either.
Extended:
While I don't play extended competitively, I'd suggest you check out the forums for extended. You can follow the link on the welcome page I linked you to above to find it. Then just look for the goblins archetype.

Oh, yeah. If you're going with Stuffy Doll, you might want to toss in a snow engine and Skred. I think they would work better in their own deck than grouped together with goblins though.

The word flood to me sounds to me like you want to win hrough sheer numbers. a favorite of mine is Mogg infestation. destroy all creatures target player controls, put 2X 1/1 goblin tokens under that players control.
you could use it to make your opponent only have 1/1's and then wildfire them, or somethign similar. Not wildfire though that sucks. whats that one that does 2 damage to all oposing creatures?
Or you could use it to turn 12 goblins into 24 goblins to over run an opponent, generally at that point a win.

If you check this thread again, check out the old vintage archetype "Goblin Food Chain." Try goldfishing it on MWS if you can to get a feel for how it works. It's awesome (though piledrivers will cost you a bit.
