Well, I just picked up my copy and beat the game a couple days ago.
I really wasn't disappointed. But there we're a couple of things that bothered me.
1.) A level in Condemned 2 featured to heavily upon gun combat. As much as it was great experience getting head shots on those who dare oppose me, the level kind of went by a little too quickly. And the fact that you could onlock an FPS Mode with unlimited gun ammo could have scrapped the idea of keeping so much damn ammo around in the level.
2.) Multiplayer and the single player Fight Clubs kind of became redundant. However, they do an excellent CTF type game in multiplayer that more than makes up for this.
But overall, this game IS a must have.
Certain levels ACTUALLY have boss-type fights (( sub bosses also )), which was what the game needed. The blocking system also is a great improvement, and nailing those specific combos helps you dispatch the enemy more efficiently. And for those players who constantly fell back on the taser as your go-to remedy, you may need to rely less on that this time around.
And yes, this game does screw around with your head a lot. From forensics to creepy a** character design, you'll be having a LOT of fun with your X360s and PS3s, I can assure you.
Besides, who DOESN'T like this?

I won't ruin anything for you, unless you want me to give a few spoilers every now and then.
