What is it with Spinners? They are nothing but something shiny to distract people from the road. Isn't there a law that says when the vehicle stops the wheels have to stop?

I don't think I ever really noticed them when driving my own car. I have no idea about that law. Technically the wheels are stopped even when the extra shininess is spinning. Hahahaaa

Spinners can be fun, as long as you aren't taking yourself too seriously because of them. My brother and I bought plastic spinners, put them on my Mom's Camry and went cruising in the city; blasting girly pop music and acting 'gangsta'. A few people were offended but for the most part it was hilarious. I think spinners are more of a joke than anything.
