hey i was wondering what type of
dryland exercises do you do
we do the usually blah blah cicuits
but there are some cool ones
holy moley squaties;
okay you do lunges up and
down the pool's length with
your hands on your head, but
you must also do a streamline
verticle jump every three steps
rest 15 seconds every 1.5 lengths
frog jumps;
stand on the block facing the opposite
side of the pool. jump down and then
spring up (like a frog lolol) once with
your knees going up to your chest. Do
it again but spring twice. do it again spring three times
^repeat the above three times
