hey i was wondering what type of
dryland exercises do you do

we do the usually blah blah cicuits
but there are some cool ones

holy moley squaties;
okay you do lunges up and
down the pool's length with
your hands on your head, but
you must also do a streamline
verticle jump every three steps
rest 15 seconds every 1.5 lengths

frog jumps;
stand on the block facing the opposite
side of the pool. jump down and then
spring up (like a frog lolol) once with
your knees going up to your chest. Do
it again but spring twice. do it again spring three times
^repeat the above three times

WE only do dryland if it's raining because I just swim for a community team and we only have an outdoor pool, it's not a very big development but I only get to swim in the summer saddly. BUt we do alot of stuff, one that hurts is you have you're back on the wall and go into a sitting position and hold it. it only hurts when you are wearing a suit and the design on the back is digging into you're back. But it's a good other than that.

In high school my team would do basic yoga to stretch every single muscle. Then of course we would do a few pushups and situps before practice. At meets we would just do yoga
