PLANNING
What are we going to do? This is a good question. We are a coven, we are organized, we are loyal - now what do with do with ourselves. We have some ideas and we need more.
Any ideas for things we can do with our coven, our thread, and our guild will be greatly appreciated. So many things are possible with a great group of people such as those we have assembled here. Let's not waste this opportunity. We must take advantage of everything and that must start with finding ideas.
I would like to have everyone's input on things. Raids, hospital care, contests, and anything and everything else. How can we do these things, how can we make them successful, how can we get everyone involved and more! We must start somewhere, and this seems a great place to start.

I think the first thing we should plan should be a 24-hour hospital.Find members that can be recruited so that we have a 24 hour protection plan.

You are right, that is VERY important. The only thing that restricts that is the hours that our members can be online. I think if everyone promises to keep an eye on the thread while they are online to heal people, we should be fine. Another tip would be to make sure not EVERYONE goes to hit people, unless we have a planned raid. As long as there are always a few people that donate their time to healing, we should be good.
Anybody else have ideas for solving this problem?
I'm not the only one seeing this, right?

Well, one thing you have to rememberwhen recruiting people is this:
a.) If one person goes and turns another on their own, they will have to do a max. of 15 attacks.
Considering that they may or may not delete their posts after attacking that could cost them all their hearts if we don't heal.
This wouldn't happen here since we'd have a strong healing force.
( ~Time to recruit one person: min. about 30mins)
b.) On the other hand, if we sent 5 people recruiting one other, each of them would only attack three times, costing them a max. of 3 hearts.
Again, no danger of dieing and it'd eventually be faster, especially when we have others backing up with heals, still.
( ~Time to recruit one person: min. about 6 mins?)
Either way, I think the idea of having a sort of hospital working all through sounds really good, especially since Elders won't need to attack for items or points anymore.««

Maybe have a hospital thread where each person posts only once and different shifts of members are assigned to about maybe 10 pages for each group?

Tamati, you are right. With most people turning on their own, I wonder how much turning we will need to do actually.
Once I become an Elder I will heal exclusively unless we are in a raid.
That is a great idea Doppel. Once we get all our members organized, we can get a thread like that up an running, as an extension of our home base thread. 3nodding
I'm not the only one seeing this, right?

How do they say.... Angriff ist die beste Verteidigung: Attacking is the best Defense. I'd just hate to see some of our kind, of our coven to be attacked and cornered without us fighting back.

I think getting some hits against those vile hunters will make me feel much better. A little revenge for all the pain they thought they could inflict on us when our numbers were small. twisted

Being agreed with makes me feel fuzzy inside O,o
Raids could work hand in hand with the hospitals.It would lend a steady flow to the fighters.Maybe have a separate wing for those injured in raids or something.

Perhaps, when it comes to raids,
we should have someone make the healing thread.
Then all the lower ranks post on the first few pages,
with Elders after them. That way, since the lower ranks
really don't have many abilities and attacks, they can
be taken care of quickly without trying to search for
them through all the Elders. Plus, it'd be easier to find
someone if you knew their rank. Lower at the front
and stronger at the back. Those that have abilities
with which to defend themselves somewhat nicely would
be around in the middle.
For example, say Tamati was still only a Fledgling. One
of the first posts would belong to him. Then, if you notice
a group of hunters start flailing on him with no pause,
you can shoot straight over to the healing thread and find
his post among the first and get him faster heals. Instead,
of say, him posting around the very middle pages, that is.

Why thank you, Tamati.
It was just a spur of the moment idea after reading through what others have suggested.
And we've got 7 days left for the event. Plenty of time to pull this off. Perhaps even by the raiding days, we'll have all Elders joined to our cause. Then we wouldn't have such a strong concern for the younger ranks.
But, if we do still have younger vampires, as I'm sure the younger ones will still join, we could try to employ my idea.
