Here is where all the aquatic type hybrids live. It is a large decorative pool, in which are placed all the naccessities to live. The bottem of the pool is covered in sand, and there is a large variation of freshwater and saltwater plant life, which well help to train the pods to work in differant situations. The whole pool is about 15 feet deep, with ample swimming room, it is made of glass, and on the lower levels people can pass by and watch them swim.
Unlike the other platoons, with ranks and area's of expertise the aquatic's travel in pods with one alpha and a sub-alpha. They are used primarily for underwater opporations.
Doctor Ming recently discovered a new way to make water, which made it so that fresh and salt water fish could live together. All plant life from both environments can live in this water together.

Ezra woke as the two nurses began lowering him into the water, he panicked for a moment as the cold flooded over his sensitive skin and he tried sucking in a breath, only to find he couldnt breath.

OAkley peeked into the aquatic room, it had never been used before but he had heard a rumor about a new cadet takeing residence. He saw the nurses lowering the new comer into the water and was amazed at the site of Ezra, nevering haveing seen a transition like his.

Ezra didnt notice the man watching them, he struggled weakly against the nurses, the cold water wakeing him more as he slid in up to his waist.

"You guys are freaking him out. Here I'll finish up." he said and stepped forward. He took the boy by his shoulders and helped him sit onf the edge of the pool while his hand dipped into the water and he carefully brought a handful of water to the boys gills. "Shh, breath easy, slow." he said with encouragment.

Ezra gasped in a breath, his gills filtering out the oxygen in the water. He leaned back against the man, feeling weak.

Ezra nodded as he felt his body being shifted and his fin slipping into the water again.

Oakley slowly lowered him into the water until he was forced to let go or fall in the pool.

Ezra panicked for a moment as the water moved over his head, his human instincts kicking in. But as his gills went into over drive and pumped oxygen into his lungs he calmed and settled into the bottom of the pool. The water cradled his sore body and he opened his eyes to look up at the watery form of the man up above him.

Oak waved to the new cadet, noticeing that he was alright for now. He stood and left the room, planning to come back later in the day.

Ezra fell asleep a little later, his body needing the rest.

Oriya was moved into the room by the nurse, he felt like his skin was burning, and he cried out as the nurses dropped him unceremoniously into the water.

Ezra woke with a start and gasped as the bubbles uner the water cleared and the figure of the new comer became clearer. He looked down at his body, he was shocked by his new appearance.

Oriya gasped, air sucking into his still human lungs as he went under the cold water. His body seemed to writh in the water and he jerked trying to get back to the serface even as overwhelming pain hit him, twisting his insides, and ripping down the sides of his throat.
