I gave birth to a beautiful baby girl Oct, 11th at 1:10 a.m. after 2 1/2 hours of pushing. I'm so glad I got that epidural...she was 9 pounds 10 ounces. The doctor and nurses laughed when they found out her weight and were calling me wonder woman XD I was exhausted and close to passing out near the end. The doctor had to use that suction thing to get her out. I had some tearing but not too bad. I was so swollen and in lots of pain afterwards. I just recently been able to really walk around easily and do chores again...not that I feel I have the energy to! Luckily she's a good sleeper now, though she wasn't that bad before. For the first while she slept between me and my husband on the bed. Now she sleeps in her bassinet at the end of our bed for most of the night. When my husband goes to work she gets moved to the bed to be by me. It's colder by that time so I like to have her with me so I know she'll be warm. Even with a sleeping bag for infants she still manages to get her blanket off of her and get cold.

Claire and my kitty Pepper...though it seems like Pepper is becoming her kitty as well^^
