My mother says [I'm not saying this because she's my mother, I'm saying this because she's a pretty well respected lawyer] that Chuck Palainhuik could actually sue Panic! At the Disco for stealing lines from his books.

Also... is it just me, or is it a bit odd that they're having trouble releasing a new album when the only book Chucky P. has written in ages is brutally unquotable?
Just throwing that out there.

Well, If It's The Exact Line, Then They Might. Unless They Have Permission. And I Think They'd Be Smart Enough To Ask For Permission. But Whatever The Case Is, I Really Don't Want Them To Get Sued.

I can totally understand why Ryan searches inspiration in Palahniuk's books.

But suing would kind of trigger a bad effect for himself I think.
Because as far as I know, it's pretty good publicity for his books.
Lots of fans only got him to know because of Panic, sooo--
