pretty!! How'd you get the background so black?
The texture and color are so YUMMY! Your DOF is REALLY shallow thoughO_O
I was holding the leaf up the sun, so a fence (and part of a deck?) was the background. It was dark enough to begin with. I just darkened it up a little bit to get rid of part of the deck, I thought it was a bit distracting. But, for the most part it was like that to begin with.

Love the way the eye is drawn to the bold stalk in center of the shot but the slowly towards the blurry edges of the leaf icon_biggrin.gif
Thanks, that would be the "macro" (pfft~ it ain't much of a real macro unless you got a macro lens, but I wont argue much because I like how close my camera lets me get) setting on my camera. It gives a nice shallow depth of field.
