Am I the only one that thought the entire scene could have been avoided in many ways?
Highlight, those who finished the case:
1) TELL PEARL ABOUT HER MOM (I'm sure she would know that Morgan Fey was there for a reason)
2) Lock pearl up if she doesn't listen
3)Lock up Misty Fey before channeling.
And mainly, again, TELL PEARL NOT TO CHANNEL IN THE FIRST PLACE IF THIS WAS ALREADY KNOWN AHEAD OF TIME.

I'm guessing he didn't really care; he did say he was willing to set Iris up to take the fall for him if his plan failed. I imagine he didn't have much going on in his head at the time other than 1. Save Maya, and 2. Kill Dahlia.
I wouldn't rule out the possibility of Armando's toxic beverage doing a bit of damage to his brain, either.

Thats true but I think that he cared about Mia more then Maya as said at the end of the 5th case

If his brain was damaged,how can he be the prosecutor? His noggin needs to be ticking right if he's going to battle in court.
Also, he obvious does care about Mia more, but she wasn't she the reason why he didn't let her get killed?

The brain damage thing was mostly a joke, but Manfred managed to win every case for 40 years without worrying about silly things like other people's well-being.
On a semi-related note, do we really need to white all the text out? The topic already says it includes spoilers...
