Lyner whistled as he walked through the crowed streets. He was wondering why there were more people on the streets than usual. Then he heard another poneko mention an Amusement park. Lyners ears perked up at that. An amusement park? What is that? Now he wanted to see what this amusement park was suppsoe to be. Before he knew it, he was following the crowd. As he drew near he saw strange things that he could even describe. His jaw dropped as he saw poneko being dropped from tall heights but safely landing to the ground a few minutes later. What was this?

Merridy was wandering around in the amusement parks, marveling all the carnival games, their assortment of rides and performances being held, which would only last for a few days. She hadn't done much stuff herself in the fair other than looking around, although some events felt tempting to participate in. She was almost about to dig up the money she got from her 'mother' to get a small snack from a vender until he noticed a familiar figure out of the sea of people, "Lyner?!" She said in almost a surprised shriek, feeling rather happy to see a familiar face, and ran up to him.

Lyner looked around as he heard the sound of his name. "Hm?" he questioned as he spotted Merridy running up to him. "Merridy, long time no see. How are you doing?" he greeted her with a smile. He hadn't seen her in awhile.

Merridy rocked back and forth with her feet, looking at the ground for a moment sheepishly before facing him back, returning his smile with one of her own, "I've been doing great! It has been a while~ I was almost afraid you left this place.." Her expression changed from sweet happiness to a solemn look, ears lowered. "But.. it's great to see you haven't left yet! You wanted to have some fun here?" Her usual self started to perk up after coming to the realization that Lyner was still here.

Lyner felt his ears droop as he saw Merridy's sad look at the thought that he had left. Well, he had left yet cuz he still hadn't found that crystal yet! he couldn't help but take his time, there were so many things to see that he hadn't seen before. "Sure. I haven't been here bore so I'm not sure how this works." he explain sheepishly as he rubbed the back of his head.

Merridy giggled, "It's an amusement park. This place they have rollercoasters and other rides, not to mention carnival games, and sometimes performances. It's rather fun! Although this amusement park sometimes opens a few days at a time." She sounded rather excited just explaining it. She took Lyner gently by the hand, "Want to check out some of the stuff together?"

"Games? Sounds like fun. Sure, let's go." Lyner replied excitedly as he gripped Merridy's hand. He was ready for her to lead the way. He couldn't wait to get on everything.

"Yay!" She said, giggling, weaving through the other ponekos and posagis, making her way towards the assorted games, trying to make sure her hand was still linked with Lyner's.
"Here we are!" She said gleefully, looking at the many different games, some involving shooting baskets with some ball, some where there would be balloons pinned to a wall, and people would throw darts in hopes of popping some for a prize. "What game would you like to try out first?" She asked curiously to Lyner.

Lyner was instantly dragged through the crowd. He didn't mind one bit. he was amazed when he looked around to see a bunch of games. "Hmmmm....how about you pick for me? I can't decide wich one to do first." he replied with a nod as he tried to contain his excitement. He felt like he would enjoy being here for a while....

Her face showed a feeling a playful shock, eyes wide, her mouth formed into an o, she replied as is honored, "You really want me to decide?" Her tail swished excitedly. She already had one game in mind to try out.

"Sure." Lyner replied with another nod. He was sure that whatever Merridy picked would be a good one. He could feel it in his bones.
