Hello my fellow Young Latter-Day Saints,

What we are going to attempt to do in here is two things...

~~ 1 ~~ Help everyday members get a better understanding of the gospel so that not only do they benefit from it, but also any investigator they talk to will benefit as well. We all need to know how to answer simple gospel answers we will be faced with in life. Most of you seem to be ahead of the game, meaning you already know quite a bit about how to answer gospel questions. For you, as well as me, and the rest of us, we will simply get better.

~~ 2 ~~ From what I have heard, and correct me if I'm wrong, we have 5 members who have clearly stated there definitely going on a mission. Those are: Vinstepula, Artemis, Rurouni Link, TKK and Chef Zolo (sorry if I left anyone out or misoedded any of the names.) If you are definitely going, let me know. SO, this second mission of this group is to help any who want to serve get more ready. With 3 of these members, I am also working on a peronal level, meaning over the pohone or emials or what-not. The rest of you can benefit from this also because all active Latter-Day Saints are called to be missionaries all the days of their lives. Just so you know, those who are working with me on a personal leval have sacrificed much more time and effort than you will have to. I usually hold these meetings at my house, but that's not really possible right now. So, that's what this group is for.

Cool. I want to go on a mission, but I'm not sure if I'm definately going yet. I will if nothing else happenes before then, but I'm probably going. pirate

I'm definately going on a mission. It's the least I can do. Seriously. I want to go out and serve a mission! Two years seems hardly a sacrifice to me. All that we've been given is just so incomprehensible, I could probably spend the rest of my days serving and not give a tenth of what I've been given.

My biggest hinderence right now is Satan. Because I'm planning on serving for my Savior he is working his hardest to stop that from happening. It wasn't until recently that I've realized how much he is trying to stop me.

I am super excited about this group. I have a thirst for knowledge and my mind is an empty well. I hope to learn much from this group. Not only for my sake, but for the sake of those who need me to know the gospel.

I want to tell others about the gosple but I get scared everytime I get close and don't know what to say. I want to be braver in this grop.

I appreciate what everyone is writing down. This will definitely help determine how we go about this.

I do need to state that there is one other program offer. Most of you probably won't be either able, ready ar want to do this other option. It is a much more condensced version. Artemis, who will be leaving on a mission pretty soon will be doing this, so I think he deserves a round of applause from everyone else here for his dedication. He is basically going to attempt to do the two-year program I offer in about 9 months.

YAYYYYY ARTEMIS!!!!! YOU BIG STUD!!!!

I just wanted people to know how cool he is and how dedicated he is to preparing for his mission. He and I have already talked on the phone and as soon as I get a little healthier, he and I would start. Now, like I said, this is open to any others, but I don't know that you would be able to fully committ yourself at this time. If you feel you are, or would like to try, pm me and we can talk about it.

But, no matter what, we all will learn alot here and grow together!

It's a wonderful idea.

My significant other who's currently severing on a mission and I decided a while back that we'll also serve a mission together once married, sealed and all that jazz. So yay! For the longest time I kept going back and forth on if I was going to or not since by the time we returns I'd be just leaving on my mission and then bam! The answer hit us. It was very cool.

Debbie, I want you to be brave AND assertive. You have a great testimony. Share it. Share it even with members. We all need to hear more testimonies! You will do well here!

Art, I love your enthusiam!!!

Listen everyone...even if you already have a section marked, do the reading ALWAYS. Belieive me, all the scripptures we will be using cannot be read too much.

I can promise all of you that whoever takes this serious and follows instructions, your spirituality will rise, your self-confidence will improve, you wil be a better example to those around you and your mind will be opened for more learning.

Yay! Honestly, I want to go in a mission (that won't be for a while) but I myself get confuzzled about the gospel and what kind of missionary would that be? However, if I don't go on a mission, I still want to learn and be educated by it all....

So when do we start?

I want to go on a mission but it's still undecided. If I don't get married or something before I go, I probably won't . . . but I'll go on one with my spouse. blaugh
