As you might've read in the main forum thread, piggy plushies are a 'hot' item, as are most of the Gaia Cash items. The reason for this is that these items are new and still being introduced to Gaia, so players are eager to get their hands on them (some for any price).
If you see undermarked GC items, I'd advise to buy it!

The tiny pixy wing item is doing fairly well. As are the cake face item, city, and especially the skeleton 3nodding

Yea me and devan made a lot of money selling the piggy's with our gaia cash but then after that our gaia cash was gone right away...

the city and the plushies are doing really well in the market, especially since not alote of ppl on gaia have gaia cash so they pay big bucks for them
my advice buy 2 of each keep one of them for now and sell it ltr when they have been around for a little bit and they go up more and then seel the other right now. u can take my advice or leave it ur choice

Over time, people will stop falling for high prices on those objects, when their average starts to show and people realize they're worth less.
