As a group of children (about 4 or so) was behind the most flirty poneko that you can think of, Chiro Yume. As this was something for him to do on his extra time.. But he didn't want to do this.. This was only because he has gotten a major in Science, and his teacher thought his would be good from him and the little children poneko's.. He stopped and looked out, seeing a few mountains ahead and turned to his "class".
"M'kay Children.. Gather around.." He said, as he tried to let them see the mountian without falling off the edge of the hill they was on. "Okay! Does anyone know the name of those mountains over there.. They are quiet famous here.." He smiled at the group as he pointed to the three mountains, on taller than the other.
Finn was typing someone on his laptop and looked at the mountians again. Took a picture and uploaded it to his computer. He raised his hand.. "These mountains are the a part of the Rocky Mountains.. But they do not have a name.. Maybe we should name it.." Finn spoke out after Chiro picked him to speak. "I say we name it, Chiromos!" He chuckled.
Kamoku yawned and looked at the mountains and agrees with Finn on this one. "Besides.. Their are so many mountains around here.. how can they all have a name?" He asked but didn't want an anwser. "Hmm.. Mountains are kind of boring anyway.. Lets learn about the wild life here! Like cougars and tigers and grizzly bears!" He shouted in excitement, thinking that the other kids would agree with him.

Shinju led her two younger sisters up a long trail. She had been here when she was their age and wanted them to experience everything that she had, even though she hadn't enjoyed it in the first place. Her science camp was a horrible experience, but she still had fun. Shinju was 100% devoted to making sure that Violette and Kioku had a good time. It was a good thing they both enjoyed this stuff more than she did. She looked back at the two. They had stopped and was looking at something. "What's so interesting over there?" She tried to go as close as possible to see what the two were up to without getting too close.
Violette was bent over something on the floor. It was yellow and slimely. Oddly enough, she liked that kind of stuff and had the biggest urge to touch it. "Shin-nee," she hollered. "What's this thing?! I want to touch it!" She slowly reach to touch it, but Kioku held her hand back.
"That's not such a good idea!" Kioku told Violette. "Its called a banana slug, right Shin-nee?" Kioku looked at Shinju's frightened face that was nodding. Kioku was still bewildered to why she volunteered to bring them out when she didn't like it. "If you touch it, its going to dry up because of all the salt you have on your hands!" Kioku had been very excited about this camping trip and read many books about the things she would see.

A voice came from the distances of where him, Finn and Kamoku standed. "Do I hear.. Female voices boys?" He grinned but remembered that he was suppose to be teaching them something. He pointed to a yellow slimy thing on a tree and smiled. "Okay boys.. What is this yellow creature called? I think you two learned about it in your Science class.." He said as he tried not to poke the banana slug.
Kamoku smiled and pointed at the other Banana slugs too. "These nasty things are called banana slugs! They do something when you touch them.. I forgot.. But all I know its called a Banana slug.." He smiled proudly. Also hearing female voices he looks around and thought he saw someone that he knew, maybe it was his imagination fooling him. He looked at Finn, as Finn was typing on his laptop.
Finn stopped typing and looked at the slug. "He is right.. The Banana slug tends to swell up when a human/poneko or anything that has salt in it touches any part of the body. If I was you.. I would stay away from all the trees.. as you see.. We are in there habitat.. And we could accidently touch one.. He said as he got up, shutting his laptop and walked away, passing the girls without noticing and he stopped and looked at them. "Hello ladies.." He said and continued to walk down a trail they came.

Shinju looked at the two young boys. She was expecting more people to show up, this trail being very popular to those who wanted to learn about the different things in wilderness. She smiled that them and noticed that their group was all male ponekos. There was one that was looking at her funny, and it made her feel odd.
Violette saw Kamoku approaching and instantly stepped away from the banana slug. "Kamouku-chan! What a coinky-dink to see you here!" Being careful, she walked up and gave him a tight hug. "Its been a while!" She looked around at the other two poneko. "Who are these two?"
Kioku looked up at the approaching males, and saw the one that was holding a laptop. A laptop?! she thought, here, in the woods? She nodded in the male's greeting, but she felt that he was a bit odd. Why would someone need a laptop in the middle of the forest. Kioku tugged on Shinju's skirt. She got shy when it came to meeting new people.

Chiro quickly grabbed Finn's shoulder and smiled at the three female poneko and looked at Shinju. "Hello ladies.. Its a nice day, isn't it?" He said, letting Finn go just a little and looked down at him and sighed. "Sorry if Finn here looked at you strange like.. He probably just zoned out for a moment.." He grinned at them.
Kamoku chuckled and hugged Violette back. Looking back at Chiro and Finn. "Oh.. the short one is Finn and the tall guy that likes to flirt is Chiro.. If I was you.. I would keep your elder one away from him.." He sighed and stretched. "So why are you out here? Shouldn't you be at home.. In the bed sleep like most of us should be doing.." He said loudly looking at Chiro, putting his small little hands in his pockets.
Finn smiled at them and waved. "Did I scare you all?" He said, his voice was worried. "I am truly sorry.." He said rubbing his head hiding behind Chiro. As he was most nervous meeting others.. Even worse when he is meeting girls.. They looked nice.. But it seem like Kamoku and Violette liked each other, so he didn't even bother to butt in.. And Kioku looked afraid of him, he felt left out big time now.

Violette was glad to see her friend again. She also laughed at him. "Haha! Chiro can flirt all he wants because Shin-nee has an eye for someone else. Gizmo-san, Gizmo-san!" Violette made fun of Shinju. In the corner, Shinju was blushing because she really did like Gizmo. A lot. Violette adored teasing people around her, especially her sisters.
Shinju's cheeks were blushing with color, but she rubbed her face and relaxed out the color. That little rascal, she thought. She's going to get it at home. "You better be quiet, Vi. You know I won't do anything, doesn't mean Mii won't." Shinju looked at Vi with a stern face. That was probably the meanest she could get. Violette wasn't scared, but Kioku was scared for her.
"She's sorry, Shin-nee." Kioku looked at the other male and felt bad for the poneko with the laptop. He seemed so alone. Kioku looked up at the blushing sister, and decided that she would be no fun. Though Violette had fun toying with Shinju and her crush, she didn't enjoy it one bit. It would never get as far as tears, but Kioku didn't like people feeling uncomfortable, another reason why she felt bad for the blue poneko. She went over and poked at his laptop. "What's that for? Shouldn't you be enjoying the wilderness and not... technology?"

Kamoku laughed a bit. "Hmm.. I thought Gizmo-san was a girl.." He blinked at Vi. He hasn't seen him a lot, but from what he could remember when he was a kitty, He sure did look like a girl. "Maybe it was someone else.." He mumbled to himself, so that Vi or anyone else would here him.
Chiro slowly move away from Finn, so he could talk to Kioku and winked down at him. He looks at Shinja and smiled. "So.. You like Gizmo.. Strange guy.. Never see him a lot either.." He said, leaning on her shoulder. He couldn't help but not to get close to her.
Finn looked at Kioku, his hair flew over his left eye and combed it away. He looked down at his laptop and smiled just a bit. "I was just using it to help me a little with the facts around the wilderness... I was done using it for the day anyway.." He said, feeling a bit nervous talking to Kioku.

"Hehe, nope." Vi smiled at the comment. "He's a guy. He does look kinda girlie, but I think Shinju likes that." Vi hugged her friend. Vi loved being around people, and she wasn't sure why. The rest of her family, except Meesha, preferred to be with only a couple people. "What are you guys doing up here?"
Chiro was a tad close, but Shinju tried her best to shake it off. "G-Gizmo-san is a very nice person. We should all go out sometime." Shinju remembered the dance lessons she was taking with him. It was so much fun. She took a break from the lesson to be able to take her little sisters out, but she missed Gizmo.
Kioku smiled at Finn. "That's nice, but why didn't you bring a book?" Kioku had a little messenger bag at her side, she opened it, and pulled out a little book. It read "Guide to Wilderness; Animals and Plants." "I find these more fun, and less weight. It also doesn't require much battery power." Kioku giggled.

Kamoku chuckled as Vi hugged him once again. "Maybe.. The guy might be.. Might be gay!" He grabbed his mouth and looked around. "I didn't say that!" He said looking at Vi, uncovering his mouth to answer the question. "Chiro dragged us out here for his science class.. And because he wanted to be 'close' to use.." He mumbled.
Chiro smiled at Shinju and nodded a bit, standing away from her so she could be somewhat comfortable. "That sounds really nice Shinju.. We should do that sometimes.." He paused. "Then again.. I might have to bring somebody else.. almost like a double date or something." He added, as he was thinking about Gladys, the girl of his dreams and never saw her after that rainy day.
Finn showed Kioku the laptop. "I-Its actually not that heavy really.. Umm.. about 4 pounds really.." He said putting his laptop in his messenger bag and looks at Kioku's book. "As a somewhat nerd.. I really do not like reading books that I'm not fund off.." He whispered a bit.

Vi laughed and then whispered in Kamoku's ears. "I hope not, 'cuz Shinju would be really hurt." She made this icky looking face and then continued. "Mii-nee would so kick a**. Am-nee might say something too, but she's too busy with her lover to care as well." Vi rolled her eyes. Both Amour and Shinju were very preoccupied by Maverick and Gizmo respectively. "Good thing we are still kids, right?"
Shinju heard Kamoku's comment, and was unnerved a little, but then relaxed as Chiro started to talk to her again. "It would be nice to meet Chiro-kun's... um.. you know." Shinju blushed because she wasn't really sure about his relationship. She only knew of one other couple, and that was her older sister Amour and this other poneko named Maverick. They both loved sweets so they were perfect for one another. She hoped that her relationship would be as good as Amours, and was also hoping that Chiro's was good as well.
Kioku looked at the laptop longingly. Her family never had enough money to buy one, having to provide for six including herself. Amour's fetish for cooking sweets was rather, well.. sweet, but it did cost a lot. She was horrendously annoyed of all the 'love' flowing in the air around two of her older sisters at home, and having Shinju in that mood now sucked. Kioku inched closer to Finn. "Hey," she whispered. "Do you want to sneak off? All this talk about Amour, Maverick, Shinju, and Gizmo are making me sick!"

Kamoku froze for a moment to think about what he was about to say. He didn't want to say something stupid or something he might regret saying. And then thought about who Amour loved. He didn't even know she had anyone to love. He looked at her. "Who does Amour like/love again?" He asked her, trying to dodge the last question she asked her.
Chiro chuckled at her a bit and finished her sentence. "Chiro-kun's girlfriend? Is that what you are trying to say?" He teased her a bit but not to much.
Finn nodded to Kioku's suggestion. "Should we get Kamoku and Violette too?" He asked her as the two adults was still talking about couples and other lovey dovey stuff that Finn did not like. Why couldn't they talk about games or the latest movie or something. Things like girls always makes him nervous, but he was okay for now.

Kioku nodded her head. She was wondering what Kamoku and Violette were talking about. They were being just as secretive as she was being with Finn. She looked at Shin-nee and Chiro-kun to make sure they weren't looking. She picked up a small rock and aimed for Violette's head. If this didn't get her attention, she didn't know what would.
"Maverick." She said softly. "It's so lovely-dovey between them two it gets a little bit annoying." Her face turned into a cringe as though she had tasted straight lemon juice. Vi was confused to why and how ponekos became like that. It was a little nasty to her. Suddenly, something hit her head and she looked over at Kioku, who was waving for her to come over and holding a finger over her mouth, telling them to be quiet. She also pointed at Kamoku. "I guess we're both supposed to go over, and quietly..." She inched closer to Kioku and Finn.
A little rosey color came to Shinju's cheeks, and she looked down a little bit. She wasn't used to people being so... direct. "Yeah..." she mumbled softly. The reason why she was so shy and not used to so many things was because she kept to herself so often. She hadn't cared much for going out until she signed up for those dance lessons. Glancing around, she saw this odd looking flower. "Do you know what type of flower that is?" She hadn't seen it before; it was a shade of light blue and the center of it was... star like. It surprised her how pretty it looked.

Finn smiled at both Vi and Kamoku, "Kioku and I came up with a great idea." He whispered softly but loud enough so everyone could here the plan clearly. "We are going to sneak off since Chiro and Shinju are.. Well, not paying any attention to us." He looks over to the two adult poneko, as they were still concentrating on their conversation. "Now, all we have to do is sneak off quietly and we can do whatever we want. Now who is up for it?" He asked with a grin on his face.
Kamoku followed Vi quietly behind her. "Maverick... Never heard of the guy. And lovely dovey can be okay as long as you don't go over board... But it seems like they do that..." He chuckles to himself, why does ponekos get like? What is the point of really liking or loving someone if you can't like or love yourself? He shook it out of his head and can only smile, as he knew something was going on. And it was something good.
Chiro thinks about it slowly and come to think of it, he doesn't really have a girlfriend. He would love to have one, but not just to have a girlfriend. However, someone he truly loves. "Well I don't have a girlfriend, now that I think about it." He paused and looked down at the flower, trying to think of the name. "Mmm.. Her name was Gladys... I thought she was interested in me but, apparently not, because the day I met her is the day she ran away." He mumbled softly, snapping back into reality.
"Oh! The Flower! I have no idea Shinju. But it is very beautiful." He said with a smile on his face.
