Today I bought out all the under-priced veils and katanas.

I re-listed them at: Veils- 90k and Katanas- 185k.

People are now listing them at these prices, thus becoming the new norm.

So, here's the thought:

We could work out a plan to buy certain items, all under priced, and resell at the same time for more then likely 10k more. Coordnation is important.
If we could nail at least have the page, I'm sure the changes would go about faster.

We could but copies of the items, list one or two, and once the price is raised sell the rest.

Anyone interested?

This is a great idea. It sounds like monopoly, but in a group effort.

Think about it, guys. We -all- try to cover the marketplace of a certain item, purchasing it when it goes under a predetermined mark (above the MP value, so we gain a profit later). Then we turn and sell these items for more.

With more people, we have a lot more buying power. It's like.. forcing a rare item to occur, so over time we make the most out of it.

Thing is, how much buying power do we have? I have about 500k if I sold everything.

hmm..it seems dangerous, and possibly a bannable offense. Artificial inflation....

Bannable? No I doubt that lol

Some players in this game have 30 mil or more, and constantly do these things as a way of getting money. We're small fish >.>

Small fish. Bwahahhaha.

It seems fun. We would just have to be extremely careful.

I agree. Also, we have to be wary of other people who will try to jump in and take advantage of the situation as well..

for example, we spike a particular object up from 20k to 30k, then sell ours at that price. Anyone who sees the opportunity and has their item will sell immediately, unless they're gunna hold out and wait to see a bigger rise. So there's a big chance we'll be constantly fighting with players offering much lower prices.

That's where the effort of several people comes in >.>

yeah.
we should do this with the upcoming collectibles. XD

Hmm, the problem there is that there will be too many

We need to focus on an item that's already constrained in stock. For example, we buy Item X. The MP value for it's 1k, but if we buy ten or twenty of them the value's up to 2k. Since so few people have it, only a few will sell under 2k, and the moment they do, we buy it.

Of course, the whole time, we're selling at 2k. Monopoly. twisted

lol that's ok. While we may start doing this before then, I don't see why this can't become a regular concept. It's a buyers economy and if we're a little smarter then the average populace we win smile

I have found that, you buy the lowest priced item if you can. It works best if the sequence plays this way:

Fire Gauntlet-50,000
Fire Gauntlet-54,000
Fire Gauntlet-54,500

You can sell it for 53900, and make a 3900 profit. Thats decent for a few minutes time.

I also watch the MARKETPLACE SNAPSHOTS

Things that are increasing are usually popular right at that moment. I also notice that things are higher during the day, and at night prices are much more closer together which gives you smaller profits, but more frequently.

That's exactly how you do it.

However, I seem to think prices rise at night. There are less gaians online, which mean less items get hosted and the more expensive prices become more common.

I try to buy when there are the most people online (in daytime there's 100,000 or more), and sell at night when I go to bed. When I wake up, I collect my money and repeat
