Alice pulled Bella through the mall. "Look. The Dress, it's riiight over here. " She stopped dead in front of a store that looked like it sold nothing under a thousand dollars. In the window was a long elegant blue dress, the top was part corset and the bottom flared out, sparkles flecked the dress here and there. "Don't you agree Rosalie, it will make Bella more gorgeous then anyone!"

Bella nodded her head, her mouth hanging open in awe at the beauty of the dress. "I definitely like it. No, I love it. Course you probably already knew that I would, huh?" Bella turned her head slightly so that she could see Alice and Rosalie better. "I guess we should go in and get it."

"Of course I knew you'd like it!" Alice smiled as the trio walked into the shop, Alice and Bella waited as Rosalie talked the clerk into taking the dress down from the window. "Oh, look Bella! The perfect size!" Alice winked, and ripped the price tag off the dress quickly then handed the dress to Bella. "Try it on, make the shoppers bow in awe." She smiled and turned to the clerk as Bella shut herself in one of the change rooms. "I'll take it," Alice told the lady. The sales lady looked at her, "You haven't seen it on her yet." She gapped. Alice looked at the lady, "I have too."

Bella poked her head out of the door and Alice and Rosalie. "It fits perfectly, and comfortably as well. I just can't believe how....how I look with it on. It makes me look, so different." She stepped out of the dressing room and twirled around slowly in the dress so that the two could get a good look at her. "Dontcha think so?"

Alice smiled, "Of course I think so, I saw it before, remember!" She looked at Rosalie and Rosalie smiled, "Very beautiful Bella, Edward will love it for the party!" Alice elbowed Rosalie and glared at her. Then she turned to the Sales Lady, "I'll take those two dresses in size 3 and she'll take those three in a size 5." Alice pointed to a baby blue dress with a lace like corset looking line up the skirt and a strapless top, the other dress was a crimsom red silk that looked incredibly gorgeous with a black flower lace over it. She pointed Rosalies dresses out, one black, one red and a green one, which all looked similar; all strapless and backless, long and elegant. The sales person looked at Alice for a second then ran off, Alice approached the clerk and the clerk smiled, "That'll be 4567 dollars please," Alice handed her, her bank card and turned to Bella, "Hurry take it off and we'll go look at shoes!"

Sarah walked slowly through the mall, her honey colored eyes surveying the area she was walking through. It wasn't as big as some of the ones she used to go to, but it comforted her in some small way. The only bag she was carrying was her purse. She never had been one for shopping. But she just had not felt like exploring La Push. As she passed by a store she stopped, her heart hammering in her throat and the crescent marks on her arm burning like liquid nitrogen. Three girls were in the store, and all of them drew her attention.
One looked like a supermodel, her lush blonde hair falling elegantly around her perfectly formed face. She was tall and graceful, and seemed to give off a wave of superiority.
Another was shorter, with skin just as pale and her form just as beautiful. Her hair was spiked into a pixie-ish style, and the way she was speaking and moving portrayed it as well.
The third had skin a shade darker, although still pale. Her chocolate brown eyes were happy and moved back and forth between the two other girls.
Sarah's breath caught when she looked at the pale ones again. Her fingers trembled as they moved to touch the area just beneath her eye. Their eyes were identical to hers. These were the Cullens.

Bella nodded her head and turned to go change back into her own clothes when she noticed a girl outside the store that had the same color eyes as Alice and the other Cullens. "Oh.....my god." she whispered quietly. She shook her head and entered the dressing room, quickly changing into her own clothes again. She went back out and stuck her dress in the bag that Alice was holding. Looking over at the window again and seeing the girl, she frowned. "How strange."

Alice's nose twitched, "There's someone..." She looked at Rosalie, then spun in a half heart beat to look out the shop window. A girl stood there, looking at them. Honey eyes, pale skin, bruises under the eyes...Vampire. "Come on Rose, Bella, I wanna see something." Alice was out the store and standing beside the girl in a hear beat, "Who are you?" She asked cautiously.

Bella walked out of the store and stood behind Alice as she questioned the girl. She looked over at Rosalie to see her glaring at the girl with a fierce intensity. Rosalie leaned over closer to Bella and whispered, "Something is very different about her. She has all the signs of a vampire, but I can smell her blood. She's a human.", into her ear. Bella nodded her head and stepped forward. "We don't mean to scare you, we just...we're just curious. I'm Bella and this is Alice and Rosalie."

Sarah trembled when the pixie-like girl was suddenly at her side. She swallowed hard, her golden eyes flickering fearfully at Rosalie. Maybe she should run. Or scream. Or some other form of panic. For the time being she stood still, warily watching the three. When Bella spoke she smiled a bit and coughed to clear her throat. "I'm Sarah. I-it's nice to meet you. I just moved here." She quickly looked from Bella to the other two girls. They were like her! Their eyes...The color was even more intense up close.
She trembled as she brushed a peice of hair from her eyes. Were they planning to send her back to Laurence so that he could finish what he had started? If they did that she would burn their home to a crisp. Still...Bella didn't seem like them. She looked human. Completely human. Although she was fairly pretty, she didn't have the grace that Alice possessed or the unearthly beauty of Rosalie. So what was she doing with them?

Alice glanced towards Rosalie, and started talking as if Sarah weren't there, "She appeares, but she remains unfaulted. She's human." Alice talked so fast, to stop the girl from picking up all of what she said. She turned back to Sarah, "Sorry for my rudeness, you are one of curiosity." She smiled.

Bella smiled, herself not understanding half the things Alice said. "Nice to meet you Sarah. Are you new here, I don't think I've seen you before." Bella looked at the other two and smiled slightly, when she realized how odd she must look with two vampires. The girl definitely seemed to know that they were, even if she was human. "Their like my family, if you were wondering why I'm with them. I can tell you know who and what they are, just by the look on your face. Anyway, would you like to hang with us while we shop? It will be fun."

Sarah was clearly worried when Alice spoke to Rosalie. However, the smile she gave was contagious and soon her unease melted away. Whn Alice spoke though, she was slightly confused and decided just to shrug as if saying, 'It's okay'. Then Bella spoke again and she smiled. "Yeah, we just moved here about a week and a half ago." Bella explained why she was with the vampires, and a wave of relief washed over her. So she wasn't their cattle; like she had been for Laurence. "Sure, I would love to. And I think that it's neat how you guys are all so comfortable together. I'm not used to that."

Alice smiled, "Aw, we love Bella! She's part of the family!" She walked over to Bella and gave her a tight hug, careful of her fragile human-ness. Alice pulled away and got a distant look in her eyes, as fast as it started she rolled her eyes, "Oh great! Princess Girl decided to grace us with her presence!" No sooner was it out of her mouth Cory came around the corner, "Hey, Alice, Bella, Rose!" Jasper was following lazily behind her. Alice sighed, "Heey Jasper," She walked over and kissed his cheek. "Sarah, this is Jasper and Cory," Alice introduced the two.
