I want to be able to get members of the guild to be more active therein. I don't know how. Does anyone have any ideas to share? As a guild member, what would get you to be more active? More RPs? More banners? More forums?

I liked the suggestions that I received in PM.
Running more contests. People love prizes, we know that.
I don't think that we should add more forums at this point - that would just make things more confusing.
And I made another banner.

Putting the "Claim your gift before it expires!" picture in your signature is always handy. And, yes. I do have the gift box picture in my siggy. My siggy's just randomized. (powered by gaiatools!)

I agree, there should be more contests. Maybe each "book" subforum should have a competition, or contest. EX: The art and lit. "book"-forum could run a contest on best fanfiction, orginial fiction, poem, and picture. There would be a panel of mod judges (as long as they didn't enter anything in this particular contest) to collaberate and decided whom should win, plus a runner up in each catagory. The guild money you are asking for could go to a mule to get prizes!
Just a suggestion. Oh more bannes would be fun, too!

That sounds like a decent idea, but not every sub-forum can really have a contest like that. We might end up with two or three at most.
Yeah. More banners would be great. You're free to make some, you know. xD

True, but not all competitions have to be like that. A competition for something like RPG can be longest lasting or best plot or most detailed. The competition, contest can be tailored for each subforum.

Yeah, I think longest lasting would be the best idea for an RP. The others don't encourage continuous posting. We'd need intermittant mini rewards though - an RP could last a long time.
