Other Data: The Berstuk seems to be a mass produced model, many types have been incountered in the field and have undergone studies so far.

It is a very stream lined mecha, everything about it seems to be very organic and there are no sharp angles or corner to be found in the entire machine. All the technology contained within the mech frame is considered cutting edge and is very acurate at what it is designed to do. It has a very advanced sensor suite, boasting the same ablilites as the most expensive sensors that the Army currently has.

All tests run on the armor of the machine have been astounding. Only the best of rounds have been able to deal any damage and it also has limited capabilites to repair light damage dealt to it. As for beam weapons, the armor is able to withstand a medium sized blast without a whole lot of trouble. Studies are underway to recreate the alloy the armor is created from.

The Berstuk doesn´t use a typical reactor, instead opting for a highly dense battery that provides the same ammount of power as a reactor and seems to be able to last weeks at maximum output. It also recharges the beam saber when it is not in use.

Strangly enough, the Berstuk doesn´t have any sort of jump jets or anything similar. It seems the designers either couldn´t fit them or they were deemed not needed. To compensate, it is able to jump 100 feet without much trouble. The pilots that use the machines must have been trained to deal with high Gs.

The mecha also carries a shield, which has magnetic docking points for the clips that the rifle uses. The rifle itself is considered to be a bit on the beefy side, it seems to be liquid cooled and its fire rate is extremly high. It can go through a clip of 50 rounds in 1 second and easily vent the heat created from it.

Over all, the Berstuk is considered a very deadly machine, one not to be underestimated.

Other Data: Ukko is also a very stream lined mech, much the same as the Berstuk. On the outside, they look very close to the Berstuk in design and shape. Some of the differences include the leg structure, they look very fragile and seem to help steer when in the air, though they bend backward enough not to give too much air resistance.

It seems to use the same type of gravity drive as the Phoenix, though the Culture seem to have dealt with the high heat issues that the Phoenix is prone to. As it is mainly an air type, it is nearly useless on the ground. It´s armor is much too thin to deal with a direct hit from a physical weapon, even though it stands up to beam weapons quite well.

In terms of speed, it rivals the Phoenix in its maximum speed. However, it is able to hold a much higher speed than the Phoenix over long periods of time. Yet again, this is a mech not to be taken lightly in the slightest.

The Resef is just like the other mechs of the Culture, well armored and a b***h to deal with. This mech looks highly similar to the Berstuk, though it is somewhat slimmer than it. Also it has a different arament as well. Instead of an assualt rifle, it uses a highly powerful gattling gun. Staying within the range of the gattling gun is very dangerous, the damage can quickly build up.

As well as using the gattling gun, the Resef has a beam bow mounted as a standard arament. The design is simple, gather energy into a cyclinder and then launch it at the enemy. Even though the energy bolts don´t move very fast, it is still a danger. The bolts are very powerful, though they do lose strength as they travel longer. This makes the maximum range of the bow a half of a mile.
