I don't know if everyone will ever end up at Sarah's place, but this will be the thread for it.

Here's a layout of her house, so that if you end up posting here you know where to walk. ^^

{A pick up from the convo. in the Cullens thread.}

Alice laughed in pure delight, taking a corner smoothly under a perfect drift. "Once, I made Carlisle sign me up for drifting lessons...And they wouldn't let me back in the car after my first practical...I scared the driver." The Porsch was sailing smoothly down a piece of road at 140 miles per hour, when they got close enough to a bend in the road, Alice dropped the gear into neutral and slid smoothly around it. Alice was smiling, and she turned to Sarah, "You're going to need someone to help you out of the mess when you get home. Your parents must have missed your messages, they're going to be really furious.I could come in if you'd like, and sweet talk them out of being angry with you, if you'd like."

[[I actually know how to Drift, it's fun ^^]]

Sarah squealed with delight as they drifted around a curve. Alice's laugh was something she wanted to hear more often. It could make angels cry out in longing for the sound. She would need to hang with them more if she wanted to hear it more. "I can see why! This is amazing!" Her smile faded as she listened to Alice's warning. They hadn't gotten her message? Oh great! That was terrific. She eagerly nodded when Alice asked if she wanted help with simmering them down.

"That would be great. My dad has a tendancy to fly off the handle. And my mom will probably be all over me...Escpecially when she sees me in leather." She said with a laugh. She could see they were nearing her street and she slumped in the seat. "I hope it won't be too loud..."

Alice pulled to a smooth halt infront of Sarah's house. "Ready?" She grinned and slid out of the car, soon opening Sarah's door. "They'll just be worried about where you were and why you didn't phone..." Alice looked over at the house and saw the curtains sway on the door. The door flung open revealing two angry looking people. "Let's go." She urged pushing Sarah infront of her.

Sarah stepped out of the car, carrying her clothes in one hand and her shoes in the other. She cast Alice a look and headed towards the suddenly opened door. Her parents were furious, there was no doubt about that. She would have to think of something to calm them. "Hey mum. Hi Dad. Um, can Alice come in? She can help me explain where I was. From your looks you didn't get my message." She hung her head as her dad waved the two girls into the living room. She walked across the wooden floor dejectedly, her honey-yellow eyes dark with the hunger she needed to put down. Once the four of them were comfortably positioned in the living room on the couch and love seat she began.

She rambled on for about ten minutes before gesturing to Alice. "And this is Dr. Cullen's daughter, Alice. I was able to thank him for what he did for you dad. He has a beautiful home."

Alice sat up straight, "It's a pleasure to make your aquaintance Mr. and Mrs. King. I'm sorry it took so long to bring your daughter home, I wanted to show her around, since she's new and all, then we, my siblings and I, invited her over to our house for a small party. Please, don't be angry with her, she actually tried to call one or two times, but no one picked up, so she left a message." Alice was really struggling not to laugh, the last time she had been this formal was about twenty years ago, she smiled, knowing that she'd gotten Sarah out of trouble.

Sarah expertly hid a smile when Alice spoke. It seemed as though she had thrown them for a loop. Her parents nodded, thanked Alice for inviting Sarah along, and graciously led her out of the house. Sarah fled to her bathroom, picking herself out of her dress and washing off the makeup. Her pale cheeks were more obvious now, and the darkening circles under her eyes even more so. She sighed and pressed at her eyes with the palms of her hands and went into her bedroom to change into PJs. She would sleep for a few hours, and then maybe see if she could get together with the Cullens.

Sarah's parents sat in the kitchen silently, both lost in their own thoughts. Finally, her mother spoke. "Did you see that Alice had the same colored eyes as Sarah? Maybe they're all wearing contacts. Do you think it could be a gang thing?" Her father shrugged and stood to go for his bedroom. Mortal minds were easily relaxed.

Sarah was wide awake as the sun crept up to peak into her window. She hissed at it before sitting up and sighing. Sleeping was becoming harder and harder to do. She had probably slept a grand total of twelve minutes the previous night. She rubbed at her tired eyes and glanced down at the sparkling marks on her arms. She glanced at her door to make sure it was locked and stood to gaze at herself in the mirror. She did this every morning, as if making sure she was still human. Still mortal. Still sane.

The tight, spaghetti strap pajama top revealed her arms and shoulders for all the world to see. With the sunlight that was peeking in, she almost sparkled as much as Lare had that first time she had seen him. She turned to admire the marks, ignoring the bruises under her eyes, before sighing and walking to her closet to get dressed. She tugged on a black tank top and then a thin purple sweater. Now that she was feeling more covered, she went to the bathroom to brush her teeth and do her hair.

Ten minutes later she had her jeans on, her black converses tied and her messenger bag swinging at her hip. The smell of her slumbering parents was too much for her starving body and she quickly hurried out of the house. She paused to lock the door behind her and then started down the road for the down town area. Walking might take forever, but it was fun. She was so caught up by her own thoughts that she missed the eyes calmly watching her from the shadow of the trees. She was so caught up that she missed the movement of fingers as they clenched and relaxed. She was so busy that she did not see the glint of red as the male’s eyes flashed.

Laurence was back.

Laurence had eaten on the way up, so when he saw Sarah hurrying down the drive way he had only the smallest urges to run after her and sink his teeth into her flesh. He could already taste her hot, sweet blood running down his throat. With a shudder that almost shook the tree he was holding he restrained himself and simply gazed at her form dancing down the walk way. She had no idea how inhuman she was becoming. Slowly but surely she was giving in to the instincts that had blossomed in her in their time together.

She floated, rather than walked. She sang, rather than laughed. Her eyes were the color of warm honey and he wanted to kiss the slowly forming circles under her eyes. He had heard her throwing up the food she had eaten last night and wanted to embrace her for it. She wouldn’t be herself any longer if he had his way. She would become like he was. She could leave her family and stay with him.

He growled to the air around him and chuckled, glancing at her house. Maybe he should get rid of the family first. He bounded through the trees behind her, wishing that she would decide to run so he could chase her. Maybe Forks could be fun.
