*Vane awoke late at night, cold sweat was covering his body. He breathed heavily. He felt as though something was missing. He slid out of his bed and decided to take a walk. Not paying attention he walked into the wall and mumbled soemthing under his breath. After successfully leaving his quarters he started walking down a narrow corridor. He had chosen an isolate location for his quarters. He stopped and reached out with his hands and began to feel a statue. He could not really make out what it was, mostly because he was sleepy. He stopped feeling it and moved on. He heard his stomache grumble a bit and wished he had eating earlier. Everyone makes mistakes, he is only human...
After what seemed like hours of wandering, Vane came outside. The Guild Temple was enormous behind him and he turned his head, seeming to look back. Vane sighed and spoke.* Can I really call this place home now..? * He was now deep into the foprest and had found a grand weeping willow. He sat inforn of it, crossing his legs and started o meditate.* I may have been born blind, but I can see the world for what it is...

((Sorry, i was gonna post in here earlier but never coul;d find the time to))
Kura was off in the forest raining his spiritual techniques again as it is his morning ritual: Go to gambino to buy some hats, train spiritual techniques, eat breakfast, train to learn new kicking techniques. If you were looking at him from afar, it would look like Kura was putting on a water show. Today he was using the spirits of water to help him tone the fluidity in his moves by manipulating a ball of water into different forms as he performed an enbu with the Chichiuchi.

((No problem))
*Vane stood alone in a wide field. The wind blew calmly and he stanced with his Jingu Staff, as though he was preparing to fight. A few boulders lay about in the field and Vane charged at one. He thrust his staff into the boulder, piercing it right through. Vane then gripped his staff and started to glow a bit then the glow left his body and slid into the staff.* AHH! *Van yelled out and the boulder shattered. Vane then charged the next boulder. This time he ran past it and swung backwards at the boulder, and in a flash the staff was on the other side of it. The boulder started to crack out then made a small explosion and crumbled to the ground. Vane sat down and flopped on the ground. he grew eary from using alot of energy and decided to take a samll break...*

"Was that an explosion?" It had been quiet, but it had been enough to wake Atsu. He waited for a moment, but didn't hear anything more. "Had it just been my imagination? No... I know I heard something." Deciding he'd better investigate, he threw on some clothes quick and dashed out to the courtyard. It had come from outside the walls in the forest somewhere. Considering waking his daughter, he decided against it. Ianthe would be a huge help in the forest, but she hadn't started any training yet. If there was trouble out there, things could get ugly. So without a word he entered the forest.
((I would have liked to done this earlier, but I needed something to wake Atsu. He's not up at all hours of the night like some people... *glances at Kura* wink ))

The Electric Monk sat in a lotus position in the middle of his room. Two electrical cords led from a power strip in the wall to stripped ends that were clutched tightly in the Monk's hands. His eyes were closed tightly, his brow furrowed. He was practicing his control over the forces within himself by absorbing power and directing it in various ways through his super-conductor body. The energy moved at almost the speed of light. His brain struggled to follow it and control its movements. Too much in one place, and he ould fry te fragile microscopic machines that coursed through his veins, controlling and storing the dangerous energy within him. Too little energy directed to an area would cause it to disperse, and the energy would be wasted.
A loud noise shook the room and nearly broke the Electric Monk's concentration. A short mental command to the nanites within them set them back on their automatic energy-conserving loop. Another mental command chose one of the nanites, a special one with a miniscule camera built into it. Whip-like flagella allowed the nanite to manuever itself, under the Electric Monk's control, out of his body through a pore in the skin. The Monk guided his microscopic avatar towards what seemed to be the source of the noise.
He found an area of shattered boulders. The new recruit, Vane, sat in the middle, breathing heavily. Satisfied with the harmlessness of the explosive sound, the Electric Monk led the tiny flying machine back to his body to help its brethren with their task. Returning to his own mind, the Monk let go of the lectrical wires. He got up, unplugged them, and placed them back in the drawer where they belonged. Stretching his arms above his head, the Monk wandered out the door and walked to Vane's practice ground. He walked up behind the new recruit quietly.
"A bit late for explosions, don't you think?" He asked.

He stood up and and faced the other monk a few feet in distance between them.* I am not familiar with you, I know you are a monk, but who are you? *Vane fell deadly silent. The wind blew and he shileded his eyes with his arm. When the wind stopped he spoke again.* I think Atsu is coming... *Vane flipped his Jingu staff behind him and strapped it back across his back..*

"I would not be surprised is Atsu is coming. You made a lot of noise, dude." the Monk says. "Who am I? I am the Electric Monk, and that is all you need to know for now. It's all I know right now, really."

I apologize for waking you too, if I did... *Vane heard Atsu in the distance and turned to the direction in which he ran.*

*a loud noise broke Kura's concentration as he was moving the ball of water above him, causing all of the water to fall on on Kura's straw straw hat.*
Kura: stare "Damn. This hat was made for shielding sunlight, not an entire waterfall."
*Kura unlatches the string on the side of the straw hat to remove it and places it aside.*
Kura: "I'll have to repair it later....if not just buy another one. Now for our little disturber of the peace..."
*Kura gathers his belongings and heads torwards the loud sound. He comes up upon a bunch of shattered rock, as well as Vane, Atsu, and EM. Atsu and EM look as if they just woke up, therefore heassumes that Vane was the one training.*
Kura: "Good morning all.... Vane, it pleases me to see that you are training this early in the morning. It shows your determination...however I might like to question your methods as they make a lot of noise and disturb the spirits of the earth."

*Panda, having been in taking a walk nearby and heard the noise, slowly approaches the group of people, her glaive in hand.* ((Panda rarely sleeps ninja she is somewhat of an insomniac)) "I had thought that someone might be in trouble, but it appears I was wrong..." *She says quietly, she attemps to strap her glaive to her back as she always does but then stops, feeling feathers. She turns to look at her two black wings strapped to her back and covered in prayer beads, one made up of feathers and the other looking somewhat like that of a dragons. Thats right.... I had forgotten... the transformation hasnt run its course yet. So instead she simple holds her glaive at her side.*

*Vane turns to face Kura now.* I did not think anyone would hear me. I thought I traveled far enough away from others, and I did not know what time it was... *Vane turned Atsu, greeted him, then turned back to Kura* I thought it wouldn't matter if I was loud while training, but if it unpleases the spirits of the earth, I can go unheard while training... *Vane lowered his head as if looking to the ground then smiled* If everyone is up, shall we have some breakfast?

*Kura walks closer to the group making his wet hair very apparant to the other monks*
Kura: "Lets just say that your sudden explosive noise made me lose concentration while handling water spirits. I'll meet you all in the mess hall, I need to change out of these clothes..."
*Kura heads off to his chambers carrying his damaged hat over his shoulder. He tries to dry off his hair by brushing off some water.*

"I will show you the way stranger." *Panda says quietly, approaching the new monk. * "Although I was born Keladry, everyone here calls me Panda. It is nice to make your acquaintance." *Panda pauses for a moment to scratch her right wing, the one covered in feathers.*
