Hakuu smiled, relativly speaking this was an easy entry mission, but then again, who knew what chaos might have lurking in this small outpost?
His squad was currently scouting for the Soul Drinker squads coming in behind them, their mission, kill the chaos scum occuppying the small mineral world of Tersis. They were supported by a small regiment of the planets defense force, still, they were outnumbered twenty to one.
They were assaulting the factories, warehouses, and homes that made the capital city Taurik, made of dull metal and stone it was a bleak place, but a place that supported the imperium none the less.
His squad's objectives: First, locate enemy forces, strengths, armour positions, and spotters, then report to Lietenant Tallik current C.O. of the Soul Drinkiers on this world. Second, kill spotters, penetrate the enemy lines and commence search and destroy mission for enemy commander. Third, aid in the cleansing and liberation of Tersis.

Hakuu looked at the squad hunched outside an outer tower of the city, the rising sun casting a red tinge to everything including his brothers, the squad consited only of five men, himself, Daur, the sniper Bannin, squad leader Croe, and the brawler Kinthos.
Croe looked at each of them, "This is where we become Soul Drinkers, do this right, earn us honor, earn us the right to join the Emperor's elite in full. Keep our objectives in mind, no killing or maiming them until we complete our first Objective. We don't want to alert them that a force is already inside." He looked at Daur and Kinthos, "Are we clear?"

Daur smiled, he was a tall and angular, a fierce predatory appearance and presance made him a frightfull enemy, "I'm with you brother, all the way."

Croe looked through a shattered window, "Sorry boys but you won't be paired this time, Hakuu Kinthos, you take the bottom floor and the ground, Daur and I will take the middle levels, Bannin, you do your thing."

Bannin nodded and disappeared without a trace.

Croe jumped through the window, quickly followed by Daur. Hakuu looked at Kinthos, "Let's get this over with quickly."
The vox crackled to life, "Bannin, all units be advised five sentries on roof top, two gaurds in the room to left of entery point."

Hakuu dashed after Kinthos, edging against the wall with gun braced and ready towards a doorway across the way, moving forward he looked into the room, "Clear." He levelled his gun down the corrider as he waved Kinthos forward. Hakuu looked towards the room, according to the breifing these outere wall homes were 100 meters thick, and they needed to get through undetected.

Hakuu nodded, moving forward he peered into the room, with both targets facing away he moved to the north side of the door, scanning the room in a glimpse as he backed against the wall, gesturing towards the gaurds he pointed to his eyes then north, then to himself and kinthos and pointed south. Looking again he ducked back out, holding his hand for them to wait.

Hakuu looked again, with a brief nod and wave of his hand he dashed silently from the doorway, running low he went through the door, scanning the room in a glance, ther was a doorway directly across along with one to his left, east. The room contained some overturned furniture that had been used as a shield from gunfire. He held his gun ready in case they noticed Kinthos right behind him.

Hakuu nodded and moved down the hall, motioning for Kinthos to keep watch on their six. Just as he looked down the hall however a patrol was moving around the corner, grabbing Kinthos he dashed into a nearby doorway, moving into the shadows praying to the God-Emperor they hadn't been noticed.

Hakuu looked around the room as he answered, "Four to eight," he smiled as he looked into the roofs corner behind them, it was gone, "Looks like we can work our way to another room through that hole." an explosion must have taken out the T section between the two floors, taking out the floor of the room and the upper wall of this room, "Go first, i'll cover you."
