A strike indicates a topic has been written- topics in progress have their authors' names next to them, so unclaimed and unfinished topics are easily visible. Here are the things we'll be getting to:
- Scientific method
- Mathematical logic
- Statistics; a brief explanation of how they can be manipulated
- Chaos theory- Brief outline
- String theory- Brief outline
- Newton's Laws- Brief outline
- Bernoulli's Principle- Brief outline
- HTML
- BBC
- Binary code
- The alphabet in binary code
- Converting decimals to binary and vice versa
- Law of Conservation of Matter/Energy

I can write something up on binary code.
Topics to include: -Multiplication, division, addition, and subtraction of binary numbers -The alphabet in binary code -Converting decimals to binary and vice versa
Anything else?

Kliapatra I can write something up on binary code. Topics to include: -Multiplication, division, addition, and subtraction of binary numbers -The alphabet in binary code -Converting decimals to binary and vice versa Anything else? To be totally honest, I wouldn't know. The extent of my familiarity with binary is this: it's ones and zeros. Computers speak it. But definitely go for it, it sounds awesome.

A guide to some of the less well-known principles (such as Bernoulli's principle) would be nice. I don't have the time to do it, just throwing the idea out there.

I think it would be effective to have a bit about the Law of conservation of matter and energy since I've noticed it used in the wrong context and with the wrong information a lot. It's in a ton of debates concerning the creation of the world/atomic theories/etc and some chemists, physicists, and mathmeticians are proving aspects of the law wrong. I can write up something but it will take a while.

I'm taking statistics right now, so I might be able to contribute to that one. (That is, if I ever get the time.) What sort of stuff should go in there?

I've touched on several of these topics in some of my epic threads (see profile) but can do more pointed writeups of the following topics if desired. Wishbone Returns Again - Scientific method - Statistics; a brief explanation of how they can be manipulated (depends on what topics in statistics. I'm well versed in statistical analysis of error in science) - String theory- Brief outline - Newton's Laws- Brief outline - Law of Conservation of Matter/Energy

I can help with the HTML, I can teach the tags and the basics, and advanced if I have the time.
