scammed me out of 3.4M gold. I let him borrow it to buy something and he was to give me the items and he wont giive it back.

Never lend gold. Why didnt you just buy it yourself? If it was for yourself - keep it (duh) but if it was for him why not jsut buy it for him and send it over ina trade when he as the gold?
