 Zelda: A Darker Me
(R/P Takes place ten years after Ocarina of Time, making Link seventeen, again)
All was well in Hyrule, the king was still well and alive, Zelda has grown up in a peaceful manner and Gannondorf was sealed in the Realm of Time, still. Something did not seem quite right; however, Link could help but notice that something was still amiss--but what?
Dark Link is back, whether or not he will be fighting for good or for evil is still a mystery, there is only one sure thing he has an obsession with Link and a complex about being him rather than an imitation.

He stood, silhouetted against the night sky, waiting, watching...He curled his fists into a ball, bringing one to his chest as he stared into the water. He was leaning against the trunk of tree, which he had climbed up to hide himself, beyond the river just over the bridge that led to Kakariko Village, when would his 'significant other' show himself? He let out an angry grunt, feh! He was a lot better than Link--not merely a puppet or an imitation! He swore by it, too! He leaned his head back against the rough bark and closed his eyes.
You might've said Dark Link was nocturnal, he hated sunlight, it made him sick! The sun was something people thought of as cheery--he hated it, it was a nuisance!

"This town is boring!" Geo complained. "We have to find this person named: Link. He can help us, remember?" Geode reminded him. "Yeah, I know." He said and dashed out of the town. He ran twords Lake Hylia and saw someone leaning against the trunk of a tree. He ran up and asked" Have you seen someone named Link?" Geo and Geode asked in unison.

He tried his damndest to mask a sneer and twisted his lips into the most friendly smile he could manage. "That depends. Who's lookin?" he asked, trying to seem friendly but mysterious. This was by far one of the hardest things for him to do--and one of the few differences between himself and Link--Personality.

He smirked, this could work to his advantage--it only called for the proper acting skills. "I am Link. Hero of Time." he replied surely. This guy didn't look like he was too bright to believe him.

Ohohoho! He already knew this! He'd done it himself, in hopes that the Hero of Time could be ambushed by none other than HIMSELF and he could kill him--he needed his own identity and he would never stand for the status of an imitation or shadow--he cursed Gannondorf but offered him his services because he'd made him. He owed him that much at least...
"Sure, kid..." he sighed.

(Sweet, I'm Link. But few quick questions. One, didn't Navi leave him at the end of OoT? Also he replaced the Master Sword so does he still have it? Since right after OoT, Majora's Mask began and he was searching for Navi then. So if we're following that, he'd be fairy-less and have the Gilded Sword. Yes, I'm a nerd, but I love the Zelda series and I've beaten most of them.)
