Ok, so I love poetry, I'm not exactly poetry smart though and I'd love to learn from you guys. I've had a little talent for it, so I'm going to post some of my poems threw out this thread. Some I have that im going to take out of my journal, others may be brand new. Please Express Yourself Too!!!

Outside our World
Outside our world of joy and pain
There's many things we can't explain ,
You can sit and think of what's ouside
Why all your dreams and thoughts collide
We can't find new things trapped inside
We need to find out what's outside ,
Stars, the sun, planets, black holes
What new things could these unfold
If we could reach up and grap a star
Would cures of cancer not be so afar ,
Finding a brand new , special thing
Could make any child laugh or sing
To find a medicine to cure the sick
So their life felt like a clock that would always tick,
Why we sit, Looking at the outside
Why Knowledge and wonder are put side by side
We need to find things not within
Breaking from this terrible prison ,
Find new joy , get rid of pain
What's outside our world I wish was explained
This is one of my favorite poems, I wrote it I think in 7th grade.

One of my journal , kind of jot down notes poems. Haha don't ask what i was thinking, I really don't know.
When I looked in your eyes
I just then realized
Your the one I love,
When I go above
I need you there
Please go with me everywhere,
I'll surely die
With out your eyes
So please love me,
So we can love
So we can laugh
For all, and ever, eternity

Yah I think me and my family were talking about the war one day and I kind of wrote a poem for my step dad who is in the military.
Love, Hate, War
In a dark cloud of love and fear
The fighting see their end is near
They fight because of love
They fight because of hate
The people want to live
But they know it's only fate
Their lives won't be justice
They say come on just trust us
But those people who die
Bring tears to the eyes
Of the ones who wanted them back
They fight for love
They fight for hate
Their fights all people should appreciate
For somethings you won't say
because it's to late

I'm feeling down again
This battle within
I can't seem to win
I try and I try
Oh, how I try
These feelings I just
Can't get by
I shout and I cry
Sometimes I even
Want to die
There's nothing I can do
I need someones help

The memories of you and I
Together will be with me forever
With no one else will those
Memories be shared
For what its worth
I really did care
I remember the day you gave
Me my teddy bear
Just to show me how much you cared
As well as the words you said
That last night as we lay awake in bed
Things were perfect from the start
Why did we ever have to part?

Forget
Some times you have to let go
Of the things that hold the bond
You held to for so long
Yes, I did care and yes, I do care
What good is that when you didn't care
And you still don't care?
You must go on living your life
As I must go on living mine
Maybe we will both forget in time
And maybe one day I'll be able
To see you go by and not think
about that day you said good-bye
How can my love for you be so wrong
When these feelings I have are so strong?
No one really knows
For thats the way life goes

Turgid with humor,

Has he broken a bone,
The Grunny Queen moaned,
From the closet still watching,
