I was recently re-visiting the pin-up lifestyle thread, and I was wondering if there were any pinup-esque songs?
I'm thinking like Big Band Swing, or maybe the smooth sounds of jazz.

Maybe its just me, but the song Glamorous by Fergi always reminds me of that style. As does Fukuro from Silent Hill 2 >_> I blame the Nurses.

Rockabilly & psychobilly seem to fit the scene, but the Dresden Dolls have a sort of burlesque air too. smile

LOL, how about "The Lady is a Vamp" by the Spice Girls? I love that song, even though it's VERY cheesy. wink 4laugh And it has a burlesque sound to it, too.
