Once upon a time.....
((every good...or even crappy story starts with that))
oh screw that...
ANIME: The Parody Quest
The plot so far.... (aka: the backstory/ history needed to even begin to grasp at the story)
This takes place in a magical land of the future, called, AmerijapaCanadal, it takes place in the furture (no wait, i already said that),
now i'm being redundant(i'm being redundant),
okay, moving right along, the world survived a nuclear holocaust
( was started when the president accidently hit the bomb button instead of the "call pizza delivery person" button),
but not without some interesting side effects (and a few billion people lost here or there, give or take),
anyhoo, this opens the doors for the "newbies", a better, smarter and much more talented offshoot of the human race (hell, it's really not saying much compared to present day man),
well, the "newbies" are in control of the government, wealth, power and privilage, etc, etc, etc,
it also lets in mutant fauna, giant robot war machines and a vigilante system of justice. got all that? okay, now for the main characters: (cue cheesy j-pop intro music)

The upbeat, orphaned, determined, talented, and quasi-intelligent,
(think diet pepsi, is sweet, is really bubbly, and could possibly kill you out of overindulgence)
main male young guy protagonist, his parents both died and he was raised by a horny old male sensei in a secret dojo
(possible to avoid being dominated by the "newbies" or the old sensei didn't want to pay taxes)
He was trained to be the world best: fighter in KiRiAWhACKEMinDABALLS (the master's own style), pilot giant robots,
befiend mutant mice and other critters, and use annoying catchphrases constantly. Sadly,
none of the training included mental activities.

Hair: Long and blonde
Eyes: Purple with hearts
The female counterpart to Joe, she is bubbly, happy, and always chipper and "can-do",
as a result, she is also not the sharpest endpin in the cello section (if you know what i mean)
She attracts birds, and all other small forest fauna like a mostquito to a fat guy just after eating a banana,
She is so sweet, she is 30% marshmellow fluff, 40% hot air, 20% sap and 10% all other chemicals,
she grew up right down the mountain from Joe and has stalked him happily for years,
Me're're're'I'blossum has issues, though, her eyes take up 1/3 of her entire face and her boobs impare her movements
