Shinobi...often referd to as ninja, these warriors have mastered the art of deception and illusion to perform their tasks no matter the difficulty. Warriors of a different kind but like the Samurai they fallow a code of conduct known as Ninjdo, the way of the ninja. Although various ninja are known to be assassins or mercenaries like that of the Ronin, a certain honor is held amongst them.
These silent soldiers of the night make the use of various skills and the potabilities of weapons that can be used surpass that of the Samurai. Thus the tactical advantages seem endless as the list unfolds. They are swift and cunning, striking vital blows to all that oppose them and can corrupt an empire with a single assassination. Although they may seem superior to Samurai the strength of a Samurai can be matched by their sense of justice or pride for they will not give up until they have one, never fleeing from battle while a shinobi will elude and escape to fight another day.
Masters in infiltration, espionage, theft and sabotage the ninja is often in a group or three to five for a normal task. Other than that they may take as many as twenty five ninja to perform a task. Failure to complete missions are not as merciful as that of the Samurai for they are banished from the land but if they fail horribly their heads would be struck from their shoulders. As for the shinobi, his or her failure may lead to sevear torture or the committing of suicide by way of poison or sword...both self inflicted. Chose your faction wisely for if you are captain of your failed squad you shall be held responsible for the failure both theirs and your own....
