Two souls, one more of a soul while the other is less of one. Both not alike at all, but are in some way connected. How you may ask, it's really hard to say actually. For you see, their first meeting was not at all pleasant. In fact, this meeting was all planned. Our female soul, Annadelle was her name, was told that when she was the proper age, she would leave her whole world behind and come live with the infamous Count Aaran, our male soul. Here is the whole story of this whole plan. Mariam and David were a mere young couple, blessed with a beautiful girl at a very young age of eighteen. But because of David's family history (they being hunters of...vampires), they were at risk of losing their little girl. But Mariam knew nothing of this, and David hoped and prayed that nothing would happen to his precious Annadelle. But of course, something did. On Annadelle's first birthday, a vampire by the name of Rufius appeared to the young couple and told them that once their daughter was eighteen, she would have to leave her home, her family, and come live far away. The exact location, United Kingdom. Even as David begged Rufius to please have mercy and spare his daughter, all his words were ignored. "Your daughter is to live with Count Aaran, my son. If she does not appear at our mansion after she turns eighteen, you and your family will be punished!" was all that Rufius said then disappeared, leaving the family alone. Afraid of what would happen if they objected, David and Mariam had no choice but to accept the terms of this order. So with a heavy heart, they raised Annadelle to become a well-bred sophisticated woman, for someone that lived in California. Once Annadelle was eighteen, the couple told her her fate. At first, Annadelle did not believe any of what her parents were telling her. She thought that this was some sort fo birthday joke. But once she saw the sorrowed expressions on their faces, she knew that they were telling the truth. And so, with a broken heart, Annadelle packed all her things and took the first flight to her new home, approximately fourteen hours away.
Now that you know a little about our female soul, it's time you get to know the background story of our male soul. First things first, he is no soul. In fact, he does not have a soul at all. You see, he is a vampire, the decendent of a very high class vampire family. The well known and respected family of all. But there is something about his life that is a total blur to him. For some reason, he cannot remember is past. And he has lived for over 200 years. But his whole past was and is a total blur to him. He cannot remember a thing. The only things he know about are the things his father has told him about. But for some reason, the facts that Rufius tell him are just not enough. And that is when he started having these strange dreams. In these dreams, Aaran saw this beautiful woman in front of him. And as he gazed at her, even though her facial features were kind of blurred, he couldn't help but know who she was. Except, he had no recollection of ever meeting her. All he knew about this woman was that she was of a very respected family of...vampire hunters. So why is this woman in his dreams? And why is it, when he has these dreams, he gets these strange feelings in his not-so-existing heart? Could it be that he has in some way, met this girl before? Even through all his research in his private library, Aaran could not at all find one source of this girl. And it was stressing him. For some reason, he felt that this girl had all the answers to his past. Because of all this frustration, Aaran had no choice but to come to his father for help. Rufius always had a way of finding the answers to everything, so Aaran told him all that was bothering him, mostly about his dreams of the mystery girl and what he felt she had in his life. Rufius, hearing all of this, became extremely nervous. For you see, Rufius knew all about this girl, and knew exactly what had happened to her in his son's past, and why he had forgotten everything about it. And because he would rather that his son not know, he decided to let time repeat itself so that it would go the way he should have let it gone. So with that in mind, Rufius traveled to the United States to seek out the Barring family, knowing exactly where they were located. David, being he only Barring left that knew about his family line, was immediately frightened by Rufius' appearance, especially since when he arrived Rufius saw a rather beautiful baby girl in her mother's arms. And he knew already that everything was going to go as planned. He told David and his wife his request that the girl be brought to his manor once she was old enough so that she would live with his son. Even when David begged for mercy, Rufius didn't want to hear a word of it and told him that if she wasn't at the manor after she turned eighteen, the family would be punished. And seeing the defeated look on David's face, Rufius left them with a smirk on his face.
Once back at the manor, Rufius told his son that seventeen years from that day, all his answers about his past would be answered. Aaran, thrilled with this news, did not question his father at all and waited patiently for seventeen years to pass before finally being able to know. But what stunned him the most about what would happen on that day, seventeen years later, was the fact that instead of getting direct answers, he heard a knock on the door. When he went down to find out who was at the door, Aaran found a girl of eighteen standing there, with suitcases and a few bags with her. This confused Aaran a lot, but this is where I shall leave you. It is up to you to decide what happens. Will Aaran know anything about his past from this mystery girl that has suddenly appeared at his door, seventeen years from the day that his father promised that his answers would come? And what about Annadelle? Will she in some way, help out Aaran know about his past and in some way, know about her own? But the big question is, will something else happen between the two while trying to figure out what one is doing with the other? Is it possible that a vampire could love a human and vice versa, especially with the history that they share but have no clue about?

The Rules• As always, follow guild ToS • No god-modding, just worry about your own character and leave the other alone • Romance and violence is a must, but please keep it PG-13. Love making is okay (just not too quickly into the rp), but please skip it entirely. Just say that they went under the covers and all will be understood about the situation. And since our male is a vampire, he does tend to get violent, but please just say that he bit someone. No need to go "He ripped the person into shreds!" or something like that. Biting on the neck will do. • Swearing is alright as well, but keep it to a mature manner. No need to go all "******** you mother ******** b***h!" on this rp. That is really annoying! • Now for posting, as this is going to be semi-lit I highly recommend that you do at least a paragraph with five or six lines in it. The most recommended length for post is two paragraphs, five to six lines each. And for the font size, I want at least 9, 10, or 11. Anything over 11 will not be accepted. • Absolutely NO chat speak, L33T speak, and *movements*. If I by any chance see any of this, I will so blow up! I want semi-lit roleplaying and that means to use your english skills to make complete sentences. • If you have any questions about the character you are portraying, go ahead and pm me and I will be happy to answer these questions.

{ Annadelle Marie Barring } Age: Eighteen Personality: Annadelle is a pretty quiet girl. Does not like to talk that much, unless she needs to. She is very shy, and when faced with strangers on her own, she can't help but feel extremely nervous. There are times when she ends up hyperventilating, and that is not a good thing to happen, especially when she is outdoors in front of a lot of people. She is very unlike all her family, all of them being very brave and confident about rough times. Annadelle on the other hand, needs a little reassurance that everything will be okay when times go bad. For example, when he grandfather died, leaving her and her parents the only living Barrings in the entire world, Annadelle could not handle the loss. She was very close to the old man and to here that he suddenly passed, left her in a state where she could not handle being around people. The only people that she allowed to talk to her those days were only her parents. And it took them two weeks to reassure her that all was going to be okay. And after that, Annadelle was partially okay about the loss, she still had times when she would really miss the old man and cry her eyes out. So that is how you can understand how very shy she is. Annadelle trust in her friends to help her around, there is something about her that makes her not trust the world around her. She guesses it has something to do with her family but she is not so sure.
Besides the fact that she is majorly shy and quiet that there are times you don't even know that she is around, Annadelle is very nice. Friendly to all that she know and can go all out and have fun, just as long as people that she doesn't know aren't around. When around all her friends, at the mall, the park, etc., you will probably see her smiling and having a blast. This is probably the only time you would ever see her in a bright mood. Never keeping her head down and her mouth shut. But of course, even with friends, Annadelle is still quiet. So I guess you can call her more of a listener than a talker. She would rather listen to all her friends talk than have to talk herself. In fact, she doesn't even have anything to talk about so that is probably why she remains silent most of the time. The only way to probably know that she is there is when she laughs. And according to her friends and parents, her laugh is like "an angel coming down to earth". It brightens the room. Now once you get to know Annadelle, you would get over the fact that she is a shy girl and see that she is very friendly.
Because she isn't friends with everyone in her school, she just has a small bunch of friends that she considers her close friends, Annadelle has time to concentrate on ehr studies, making herself rather smart. In fact, it actually runs in the family. Even though she is shy, Annadelle has a strong head and usually thinks on her feet, well when she is not hyperventilating that is. In her school, she is usually an A student, getting her assignments turned in on time and passing test. And outside school, she is also pretty intelligent. When she is outside with her friends and let's say they get lost in an amusement park or something, Annadelle would be the one that would not panic and use all that she knows to get out of the messy situation. Background Information: Annadelle was born in the states, her parents Mariam and David Barring having moved to the country from England. The reason for this move is actually a mystery to Annadelle, her parents would never tell her. So she had to spend her life pondering why she was the only girl in her school with a British accent. Before I get ahead of myself and skip a lot of things that you need to know, let me tell you about Annadelle's family history. During the medieval times, the Barring family was the most famous vampire hunters ever. Yep that is right, vampire hunters. But around the middle of the ninteenth century, tragedy struck the Barring family. The daughter of David the first and his wife Martha, was killed by a vampire. This vampire was the most vicious of vampires all around. And because the Barring family was killing off his kind, this vampire killed the next generation of vampire killers. David the first's daughter, whose name is a total mystery even to Annadelle's father. No one in the family except David the first and his wife knew the name of the daughter that they lost. But was a mystery about this death was why this vampire only killed the daughter instead of killing the whole family. Well here is the reason why, this daughter had a love affair with this vampire's son. And when the son would not agree to his father's request and either leave her or bite her, the vampire had no choice but to kill the daughter. And who you may ask was this vampire that killed the daughter. It was Rufius, father to Count Aaran. But none is this is known to Annadelle. In fact, she has no clue about her family past. None at all. And whenever she tried to ask her father or mother about it, they would tell her that they didn't know as well, when she knew all too well that it was a lie.
Now back to Annadelle's life. She was born a regular baby girl, except the fact that she was the only girl in her neighborhood that had a British accent. And her innocent look always got her through a lot of troubles. Through her elementary school years, Annadelle lived her life in a quiet mode. Known as the quiet girl that usually sat by herself during recess and only talked to a few close friends. But even though she was not a very social girl, Annadelle always exceeded in getting the grades she needed to go to the next grade level. And it was all the same thing during middle school. The shy girl, only had a few friends that she considered her close best friends and always getting the straight A's. Annadelle lived a very normal life for a girl with her past, one past that she does not even know about. So during high school, while all her peers were so confident about their family and past, knowing about their ancestors, Annadelle was left to ponder about her past. Who was in her family? What important things did they do? These questions always filled her mind at night. And her father never helped. The only thing that Annadelle knows about about her family history, is the fact that they are a bunch of brave fighters (apparently she didn't inherit this trait). She also found out, thanks to the internet, that her family was very well respected in England back during the 1700's, during the year of kings, queens, the Black Plague, and apparently vampires. But this was all Annadelle knew of her family history.
All through high school, Annadelle lived her life the way she always did. The shy girl with a close bunch of friends. Never in her mind did she think about having a boyfriend, and this gave her father relief of course. That and because of the order that was put on her when she was only one year old. So now we head to what is about to occur. During the summer or Annadelle's eighteenth birthday, David and Mariam, her parents, told her some sad news. That instead of going to college like she had planned, Annadelle would have to move to England and live with a man by the name of Count Aaran. At first, Annadelle did not believe anything that they told her, thinking that this was some sort of sick joke. But once she saw in their faces that this was not a joke, Annadelle not only freaked out, she was outraged. She couldn't believe that her parents would do something like this to her. How could they just give their one and only daughter up? Annadelle's father told her that he would explain everything soon when she would be able to come back and see them. That or Sir Rufius would tell her when she got to the manor. So with not only a broken heart, but with also a mind full of questions, Annadelle packed all her things and was soon in the first flight to her new home, the address on a piece of paper that her father had given her before she got onto her plane. After a fourteen hour flight, Annadelle is now walking up the steps to her new home, knocking on the door knocker. Little did she know, her life was going to change entirely, and just with one glance at this Count Aaran. Little did she know that history was going to repeat itself for the better... Other: Annadelle is a major bookworm and music freak. Most of the things that she packed in her bags were books and cds. She also goes no where with her iPod. The first thing she made sure she had packed was her laptop and her iPod. She found no use for her cell phone so she gave it to her mother. And Annadelle also made sure to bring her books, all of them. And let me tell you, all these books filled up two full sports bags. But on the upside to Annadelle, you give her a cookie, you become her new best friend. Well not really but you get the point. Annadelle has such a sugar tooth, you can't even believe how many cookies this one petite girl can chow down before getting extremely hyper. So if you want to see Annadelle in a mode where she is nothing close to quiet, you better have a pack of cookies or some candy around.{ Xxpainfully_in_lovexX }

Age:looks 18 but is about 175 Personality:Aaran is a very sweet boy once you get use to him, tho he does have his temperamental side. Aaran has a strong sense of justice but he doesn't take it to the extreme. He also is very kinda hearted, most people think a vampire being kinda hearted would laugh, but surprise surprise he is. Aaran doesn't really talk much when you first meet him but he slowly begins to warm up. He isn't afraid to tell you what he thinks, he hates it when people sugar coat things. If you ask him for his opinion then he'll give it to you flat out, whether you like it or not. Aaran doesn't let money get it his head, he just finds it useful Also he hates it when girls cry, when he usually sees one he has to get her to smile or laugh, no matter how long it takes him to do it. Unlike his father, Aaran doesn't like to push people around, but when things need to get done he make sure they are done. Aaran loves the outdoors but can only see it when it gloomy outside, aside from that he's about a normal as you can get when your a vampire living in the United Kingdom
Background Information:Aaran was raised into a high rank of society, being the son of a duke. But he had always hated it, he always wanted to be normal like the other children. Aaran had always been the heart throb of his family but he had never really though much of it. For many year he would think about the dream he would have night after night wondering she the beautiful girl in his dream was. Aaran knew he just had to wait a few years and everything would be revealed to him. Aaran is also a bit of a bad boy, though he was raised right he always found someway to get himself into trouble. He had always loved thrills and chills, he had though about going Gothic for awhile but her knew his father would have put a stop that right away. So instead of looking Gothic or creep Aaran picked up a new style. Tattered clothes were his normal apparel, of course being the son of a duke, his father would always throw a hiss about what he looked like. When 18 years had finally passed Aaran began to worry that his father made him a hollow promise, just as he was about to go and talk to his father about the promise the knock on the door made Aaran forget about his father and see if this was she who he had dreamed about for 18 long years
Other:Aaran is your typical guy, always having a pervert thought in his head, though he doesn't tend to like to show it. He loves anything scary, but most things tend not to give him the creeps(I mean hell he's a vampire). Aaran loves book, he read them in his spear time. He also loves to dance, though most of his friends make fun of him for it. When Aaran gets mad and has to take it out on someone/something he will clean. When all of his anger fades the house/whatever he is cleaning has a strong scent of pine sal. He also loves animal, though his father hates cars Aaran always finds a way to sneak one in. Aaran father is gone most of the time so at a young age Aaran learned to cook and take care of himself, he kinda like the Betty Crocker but...male.

"Here ya go miss! Are ya sure ya gave me the right address?" said the taxi driver as he pulled up to a large manor. It was secluded from most of England and looked like no one even lived in it. Annadelle looked out the window of the taxi and stared awe-stricken at the manor. Damn this s**t is huge! And I'm suppose to live here for the rest of my life? Damn! She sighed and looked down at the piece of paper her father had given her before getting onto her plane. "That's what it says here in the paper. And the address on the gate matches what it says right here! Well anyway thank you for giving me the ride here. How much do I owe you?" Annadelle said, leaning to the side to reach into her backpocket for her money that she had just changed to pounds back in the airport. The taxi driver shook his head and gave Annadelle a wide smile, showing her a very big overbite. "It's alright miss. I'll give this ride to you for free. You remind me a lot about my little girl, so sweet and quiet, with such a cute laugh!" he said to her and laughed, his strong Scottish accent making it a tad hard for Annadelle to understand him. Annadelle smiled kindly at the man and put her money back in her pocket. "Thank you sir!" she said in her crisp British accent and stepped out of the taxi towards the trunk to get her things. She didn't bring that many bags with her, just two bags full of clothes and another two for her books and her cds. Then she brought a Jansport backpack with her that held her laptop, and some other things that she felt needed to be close to her.
As she and the taxi driver took out her bags from the trunk, the earphones around Annadelle's neck was blasting "And I" by Ciara. Annadelle never went anywhere without her iPod. She would feel so bored without it. So she made sure that before she went out, her iPod was fully charged. Once the last of her bags were on the floor next to her feet, Annadelle took out a couple fresh bills (not really use to the whole British currency yet) and gave them to the driver. "Here, it's the least I could do since you drove me all the way here. Thank you again!" she said to him then gathered her things and made her way to the gate. From behind her, she heard the taxi drive off. With a sigh, Annadelle took a long look at her new home. Here I am! she thought to herself as she started her way up the steps, her heavy bags slowing her pace. After about a few minutes, Annadelle stood in front of the large double doors and after taking a deep breath, knocked. A couple minutes later, a man about her age opened the door a tad and looked down at her. With her petite five foot three inches height, Annadelle had to crane her neck a bit to look up at the guy who looked to be about six foot. The first thing that came into her mind was the fact that this guy was rather gorgeous. She wondered if this was probably the Count's son or something.
Back in the plane, she cursed and hated the Count for having her leave her family just to live in his manor, which was about fourteen hours by plane from her home back in California. Through the flight and drive to the manor, Annadelle felt more and more homesick, wanting to just get back on the plane and come back home. But now that she was looking up at this guy, she was sort of changing her mind. But there was something about this guy that made her think that she had seen him before, but she couldn't her finger on where. Suddenly feeling her nervousness take the better of her for being in front of a total stranger, Annadelle turned a small shade of pink and tilted her head down towards the ground, staring down at the piece of paper in her hand.

Aaran looked down at the tiny girl that stood in front of him, his eye brow raised questioningly. "Is there something I can help you with miss". Aaran voice was soft and angelic. The more he seemed to look at her the more she seemed some how familiar to him. Aaran began to get nervous, his left hand fiddling with the chipping black nail polish he had put on 2 days ago."Look, if your looking for my father he's out at the moment and if your trying to sell something we don't want any". Still the girl made not a sound, Aaran began to get annoyed.
Minutes seemed to pass by as he stood there in front of the tiny girl, he had asked her several questions but she didn't reply to any of them. Aaran kept raking a hand through his long, dark hair that was tossled and messy with sleep. He continued to wait for this mousy girl to say something but she didn't, Aaran let out a long sigh,"Look if your not going to say anything, then I'm shutting the door". Aaran started to shut the door but something in him knew she was here with a purpose. When his pale eye's fell upon the luggage he frowned 'Alright dad what have you planned now, this chick has to be here for a reason '. The more that Aaran thought about the girls presence the more he came to the conclusion that his father hired a new maid. He quickly shook his head, "Alright Miss what are you here for " Aaran waited with anticipation for her answer.

Annadelle blushed an even brighter red. For years she has inhabited this nervous mood, never able to say a word when faced with a total stranger. Not even a simple hello. by now, the guy had asked her millions of questions, none of them she could seem to find the voice to answer them to. Then the guy mentioned his father, who had to be Count Aaran. She was starting to freak out when the guy began to close the door. She was about to say something when suddenly the guy looked down at the bags around her on the ground. She took a deep breath, actually about three deep breaths before speaking. As she tried to find hte words to speak, Annadelle kept her head down so as to not look straight into the guy's eyes. They were a shoking red color, which was odd because Annadelle read that it was only vampires that had red eyes. She had not seen one person back at home with red eyes. So it was shocking to her to look into his when he first opened the door.
After a few more seconds, Annadelle looked up again. "Um I was told by my parents that I am to live here now. I don't know if your father has told you about me but I am Annadelle...uh...Barring," she said in a small voice, her nerves shaking her with nervousness. This was the first time in her life she had the guts to talk to a stranger, and not faint or hyperventilate that is. But suddenly, just as she was thinking about the hyperventilating, she started to have a shortness of breath and was beginning to breath at a faster rate, like she just came from a hard run. Freaking out, Annadelle placed a hand over her heart and bent down, taking hold of the hand rail close to her hand to hold her up for support. The more this guy continued to look at her, the more nervous she became, and soon, like all times, the world around her was starting to spin. Soon, she knew, she was going to pass out.

Aaran began to freak out when Annadelle began to hyperventilating, without thinking he scooped the girl up in his arms with no effort. "Yo Anna"Aaran called out, as his voice rang out into the large foray a tiny girl with blond hair came rushing around the corner, a feather duster in her hands. "Yes lord Aaran"her voice was like a child's. "I need you to get this girls bags and put them up in this room". Aaran handed the servant girl a folded piece of paper."My father told me to give it to you with Annadelle arrived, please go put her things there". The servant girl nodded then disappeared.
Aaran looked down at the girl curiously, "Are you alright Annadelle, you seemed to be having an episode back there" he smiled sweetly down at the girl. She didn't say anything for a moment, Aaran just sighed. He knew that this girl was going to be impossible to talk to. "Would you like water or something...anything". Aaran placed the Annadelle gently on a large burgundy couch with gold buttons. He waited for her to speak in her tiny mousy voice.

Annadelle closed her eyes, beginning to blush an even brighter red as the guy picked her up in his arms. She should have been use to this behavior, people getting frightened from the fact that a small girl was starting to hyperventilate in front of them, so they would come over and help her. This did not help her one bit, it never did, and it didn't help her that this guy was helping her right now. Because she was so busy worrying about trying to keep oxygen in her lungs, Annadelle didn't even try to answer the guy. All the while this guy was carrying her to the couch, which was quite comfortable as a matter of fact, Annadelle went to her routine. Since she always went places with her iPod, Annadelle focused on the music that was blasting through her earphones, wrapped around her neck. From the beat that she heard, she could tell that "Say I" by Christina Milian. (Don't blame me! I'm only putting the songs that randomly play on my media player) This partially calmed her down, just a tad. But she was still having trouble breathing. After a few short minutes, where she tried to get her breath again, Annadelle opened her eyes and looked at the guy. Since he had asked her if she wanted water many times, Annadelle just nodded and closed her eyes again. Ugh this is so embarrassing!
Seeing that she was slowly regaining her breath, Annadelle took hold on one of her earphones and placed it in her ears. Music was the only thing that calmed her down after a hyperventilating episode. And of course to be polite, Annadelle lowered the volume just in case the guy would begin to speak to her again. This time, with a water in hand, she would be ready to properly speak to him. It sort of relieved her since well, she didn't even know who this guy was and she just allowed him to pick her up and bring her into the house. Ugh where's my laptop when I need it!

Aaran frowned at the mousy girl, pulling out a bottle of N.Y.C Black Lace Creme nail polish. Ever now and then he would steal a quick glance at her, wondering what was going on her mind. 'Father I don't know whether this is a joke or not but I don't find it freakin' funny at all, Aaran's brow pulled down in a scowl. The strong scent of nail polish filled his sensitive nose, a sneeze had started to build. Before he could hold it in he sneezed, he had now gone into a sneezing fit. 'Goddamnit I hate painting my nails, the smell always gets to me'.
Aaran had finally stopped sneezing about 2 minutes later, he had finally got bored of the silence. "Alright will you say something, your gonna kill me of boredom, not trying to be a pest. And what are you looking for you seem to be fidgeting around...ALOT is there something I can help you find" Aaran tried to be as polite as he could, he prayed that her stay here with them wouldn't be this annoying.

Annadelle was taking a little sip of the water the maid had just given her just when the guy started sneezing. She would have said bless you but her nerves were still taking over her. So she remained quiet. She knew by now that her silence was annoying him, seeing that his brow seemed a lot more furrowed then when they first set eyes on each other. This sort of made Annadelle feel a little guilty about her behavior. Her father always told her that firts impressions mattered the most. She let out a sigh and got up from the couch, getting into a sitting position. She looked at the guy for a few seconds then took a deep breath and spoke. "Listen, sorry for being a waste of your time. I know you probably have some things to do so I'll get out of your way mister...ummm...what's your name again?" she said in a shaky voice.
As she looked towards the hallway, she saw one of the maids go off with her Jansport backpack. My laptop! "Hey wait!" she yelled to the maid hastily, getting up from the couch and ran towards her. The maid looked at her with a surprised look as she stood in front of her. "Here, let me take this one!" she said, trying to catch her breath. She took the backpack from the maid's hands then knelt down where she was at and took out her laptop. As she made her way back into the liveing room, she turned her laptop on and waited for it to load, suddenly forgeting about the guy that was still there. Just as the laptop was fully loaded, the music flowing into her ears suddenly stopped. Everything was silent. What the? she thought to herself as she took out her iPod. She sighed when she saw that it had run out of battery. Lucky I turned on my laptop! she mused to herself as she rummaged again through her backpack for her USB port that she would plug into her laptop to charge her iPod. Once she found it, she plugged the port into her laptop and her iPod and it bagan charging. After that, she clicked on her word processor and began typing her story up. All thought about the guy that was still there was lost from her.

Aaran looked up happily when she had spoken to him, but quickly stopped when the shinny black laptop was pulled from her backpack." Your right I do have other things I could be doing but my father says that in the presence of a lady I need to be polite...or what ever the old bat says. As for my name, I'm Count or Duke or what ever title they gave me, Aaran". Aaran would have taken Annadelle's hand in his and kissed it politely but she was to engrossed with her laptop to even notice him.
Aaran stood quickly, seeing as there was not going to be any conversation, and walked to the large glass, french doors. A stand stood next to the doors held Aaran intrest for a black bag that held all of his art supplies sat quietly, beckoning him to draw. Aaran swooped up the bag quickly, putting it over his should and walking out the door. Cool air kissed Aaran pale checks, he couldn't help but smile at the fountain that gurgled softly in front of him. He quickly sat against one of the doors, pulling out a thick sketch pad and a mechanical pencil. To his right a thick rose bush with creeping vines sat there quietly. This was Aaran's subject, until something more beautiful came around. With steady strokes of his hands, thin lines began to appear on the paper. Several minutes passed and a form of the bush, roses, and other such objects began to appear. Aaran had always loved to draw and create beautiful pieces of art, it somehow calmed him down when things began to get stressful.

Annadelle's eyes widened as she kept them on the screen of her laptop. COUNT?!?! she screamed in her mind as she looked up at the guy. He looked way too young to be a Count. And didn't he say his father was still alive? So he couldn't get the Count title until the "old bat" died. Truly England is nothing like I expected to be from the books I've read! she thought to herself as she kept her gaze on her screen. Back when she was in California, Annadelle's ambition was to become a writer, she had already written two stories, all of them published in the school for limited copies and all of them were a hit. The faculty and the students enjoyed them. And her plans were to go to Berkeley to study up with the literature, but she never go to applying since she was moving. With a sigh, Annadelle calmed down and continued typing.
"Don't you understand what we're doing is dangerous?" Annalyn screamed at Aaron as she ran to him, arms open to the hug that she waited for for so long... Annadelle didn't understand where all this inspiration for her new piece of work came from. Right after her parents told her that she would be living in England, Annadelle suddenly had so many ideas for her new story. Right now, she already had thirty-five pages in in her word processor, and she was using ten size font. Her eyes suddenly becoming a bit tired, Annadelle peeled her gaze away from the laptop and looked around the living room for Aaran. But he was no where to be found. That was when she felt a small breeze hit the back of her neck. She looked outside the window towards the yard that was visible through the glass windows. Outside she saw a fountain and plenty of beautiful rose bushes and other flowers spread around the area. It's so beautiful! she thought as she closed her laptop shut and walked towards the window. Outside, she saw Count Aaran, a sketchpad with him and he looked to be really into his drawing.
A bit curious to see what he was drawing, Annadelle took one quick glance at her laptop, her iPod right above it charging, and her white earphones lying right beside it. Once she knew that nothing was going to happen to her things, she headed towards the door and walked outside towards the yard. Slowly and very carefully, Annadelle tip toed towards Count Aaran, feeling that if she made one loud noise, she might ruin all his concentration, and she too hated when that happened, especially when she was getting the climax of one of her stories out of her mind and into the laptop and then suddenly her mother would come in and make her lose her train of thought. So she understood the works of an artist. When she was about two feet from him, Annadelle looked over his shoulder at his work. Oh wow it's so good! Her eyes continued to gaze at the artwork in front of her, she didn't even realize that all the time she looked at the painting, she was quietly stepping closer to him, almost laying her hands on his shoulders as if for some reason it would help him get more inspiration. Then suddenly, Annadelle had this strange feeling, something like deja vu. Annadelle blinked a few times, trying to snap out of her deja vu moment and looked down at the back of Count Aaran's neck. But for some reason, she couldn't shake the feeling out of her mind. So strange!

"You know I can hear you" Aaran smiled to himself, with being a vampire not many things sunk up on him. He turned quickly, gazing at the Annadelle. Aaran eye's widened as he noticed how great she looked against the red roses, the fountain seeming to send sparkles around her. "Hey Annadelle, what ever you do don't move alright, stand perfectly still". He quickly turned around and skipped to a clean sheet of paper. Aaran's brow pulled down into a frown. "Hey, I need you to relax a bit and turn your head to the right, slightly looking up. I also kinda want you to pretend your reaching up for something, but in a relaxed form...can you do that for me".
Aaran hoped that Anna didn't move and didn't start having an episode, he had a feeling this time she wouldn't. He quickly shook it off, then with out warning he had a flash back. Almost like his dreams, Aaran shook his head vigorously, trying to the flash back to fade from his mind. And at that moment, he knew there was a reason why this girl was here.
