Venting???? Forbidden on gaia?

So what are our journals for? Well I use mine for emotional venting for things in real life and on gaia. I vent about what people say to me and do to me as well as just the crap that I go through.

Well a while ago I sold my guild and the person taking care of it has been calling me names and harrassing me. I reported him nothing happened so I made a post in my journal...perfectly polite no bashing saying the following

So yeah...well that is considered harrassment. Also I got reported by calling an ex-friend by their first name out of habit after they asked me not to.

Can someone tell me what's happened to gaia and whether or not its even safe for me to post in my journal anymore? I mean I can't even vent out of worry that i will get banned. crying

That's really strange, it makes no sense to me.. Technically there shouldn't have been problems, but I guess the ToS is still all strictly applied to journals too.

I find it quite unfair, I mean it was a harmless vent, not like I openly bashed him or something, which I've seen MANY people get away with such acts in their journals.

The things they ban are like that. My guess is that the guy was just mad about what you said, knew you had reported him, and decided to seek revenge.

So, to answer your question, it should be safe to post in your journal as long as you aren''t caught talking about someone who would be unfair enough to report you for it. I mean, it is a journal for goodness sake and you should be allowed to say whatever you want (within the ToS, of course).
