KURONUE-SAMA NO HAIKU

Take ga itai.
Komouri no uta
Ga kanashii.

Translation:
Bamboo is painful.
The bat’s song
Is sad.

Yes, there are seven syllables in “komouri no uta.” The long vowel adds a syllable. Ko-mo-o-ri. Same for “kanashii” –“ka-na-shi-i.”


ONE WORD

One word spoken
With a smile that
Melts my senses.

I become lost in
A forest of emerald eyes,
And trapped in
The blaze of ruby tresses.


Perfect form, pleasure, passion,
Swirling together in a ballroom dance.
Flying high in my fantasy,
Let me linger in this moment of love.
Let this be the eternal dream.
